It was honestly quite shocking to witness while looking for some outdoor patio furniture here. After browsing and seeing the conditions their outdoor showroom was in, it was a hard pass! Not only that, the sales team can stand around and approach potentially clients like a used car salesman, but not care one bit about the standards of what they are trying to sell you on?! They are either completely oblivious or are blind to the conditions of their merchandise they're trying to sell. They should be ashamed & embarrassed, there is no excuses for the appearance of their furnishings. We were "in and out" in a matter of time and are thankful learning after the fact- that many customers have had negative experiences from nightmare problems with their products & purchases, to third party delivery services that aren't under contract with the business & aren't insured. Finally; not honoring their warranties and extended warranty coverages. Please do your research before making any decisions about doing any dealings with this business and review their contract details, warranty policies etc. prior to signing or paying up front for furnishings. Check the BBB and use your best judgement before visiting this establishment.

I invited Melissa for a consultation and was immediately impressed. She was friendly, and very professional. Most importantly is that she was a great listener and really considered our ideas and what we wanted the space to "feel" like. She helped us pick colors, and furnishings (furniture, plants, bookshelves, etc). She used a digital program as a mock up and it made it very useful when interacting with sales people at furniture outlets. We are more hands on with our decorating process and we didn't mind doing our own shopping. However, I like how Melissa can be as full or partial as you want. I know with other clients that she will shop and pick up pieces. She has a strong functional sense of how a space should be used. Melissa is also practical with her advice (sofas that have armrests will be more comfortable than ones without, even if the ones without look cool). We want to live our rooms rather than take pictures of them for Instagram! :-) She brought our ideas to life and incorporated them into our home. She is young and creative and also price conscious without compromising quality. She is direct but very friendly in her approach and gives you her true opinion which helps making decisions easier. Do not purchase floor and decor's LVP. I wish I had seen all…read moreof their comments from clients after two years of installation before I went with this particular product. There's cracking issues and locking mechanism issues that I've now seen other reviews about that, I had no idea about until now. After filing a warranty claim about this particular product that's at floor and decor "NuCore Performance BUTTER TOAST WATERPROOF RIGID CORE LUXURY VINYL PLANK" which markets their product with a "lifetime" warranty for residential is actually not a lifetime warranty and they're denying my claim and offering me a measly gift card for one of the planks that was determined to be defective but once they found out several other planks are starting to have issues. They're not willing to cover any of the others related to any of the other planks that are experiencing locking mechanism issues. If you ever have any warranty issues with floor and decor, please make sure that you hire a third-party and have any extra material or planks you have sent to an independent lab for testing because they actually limit what their "third-party" tester can test for and refuse to do independent plank testing.
