Aubrey Jacobs is a wonderful realtor. I must disclose that she is also a wonderful step…read moredaughter-in-law! And I will also disclose that it doesn't matter if you are related to Aubrey or not. She is a consummate professional. And I will explain why I say so! Before I married my husband, I owned a house in Vistancia, in far north-west Peoria, AZ. After our wedding, we moved away from Peoria, and back into central Phx to be closer to our kids. We rented my house in Vistancia for several years. Recently, it has become imperative that we sell that rental house. Aubrey agreed to represent us as our agent. We knew we needed to update and refresh the house to prepare it for sale. Aubrey helped find local handymen, painters, carpet-layers, etc, who were professional and reasonable. And then Aubrey drove out to the far-away house to meet and oversee these workers. She does this for any clients, not just us. She showed the house, marketed the house and cared for the house during the sales period. And throughout the sale and during closing meetings, she met with my husband and me to explain and sign documents. She conferenced, advised, and encouraged us. She marketed, PR'd, and supported us. She did it all. Aubrey made us feel important and intelligent, and moved us toward our successful sale. Even though she normally represents clients in north, central Phoenix, she made it her business to understand our northern Peoria neighborhood so she could help us make informed decisions. If you are seeking a real estate agent who will include some extra kindness, generosity and expertise in the selling process will do well to seek out Aubrey Jacobs with HomeSmart. You definitely won't regret your decision!

I first want to state that I don't find pleasure in writing this review, however, it is warranted…read moreand I strongly believe I owe it to the next homeowners and their decision on how to use. Jemma is not a bad person, I think she means well, but her lack of responsibility and accountability during the home buying process was horrendous. It started with her setting me up with Azaad from Zillow, Jemma stated that Azaad was awesome and that she's used her before. Azaad was so bad that I had to switch lenders due to major complications, one being she had set me up using a conventional loan instead of my VA home loan. That caused me to start the whole paperwork process over and complete the logistics once again, anybody who has purchased a home knows how stressful and tedious it can be. Then we close, Jemma's job is to get ALL the keys and items I need when giving the keys to the house, not only we're not all the keys left, but the home warranty wasn't paid. This lack of responsibility has caused severe burdens on me, and she now states it was out of her control. This is the 3rd home I bought, I've spoken to my past real estate agents and they agree that all the keys and process could've been resolved if Jemma would've done a better job. Again, it is not personal but don't put yourself through unnecessary stress and continued stress like I'm dealing with. Fine a true proessional

She came to our meeting prepared with a lot of information and knowledge. We were impressed! But when I learned of her track record within our community I was blown away! She definitely works for YOU! She went well above and beyond for us because we didn't live full time in the home we sold. Her advice was always spot on! She sold our home within 1 week! I'm planning on buying another home within a year and would never use anyone other than Sheri Spirek!
