After our very first conversation and learning more about my situation, she suggested that we explore the possibility of purchasing a home first -- and if it didn't work out, we could always come back to finding a rental. I'm so glad she did. There were definitely some bumps along the way, including a home I ultimately decided to walk away from, but Candice was there throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, always listened to what I wanted and what was important to me, pushed back when I needed it, and fought for me when it mattered. Her experience and network were also invaluable throughout the process. With Candice's help, I was ultimately able to purchase a beautiful home -- something that, at the beginning of this year, I didn't even have on my radar as being possible. I'm incredibly grateful for where this journey ended up, and Candice will be the first person I call when I'm ready to purchase another property. Thank you, Candice!

The only problem was we're Seniors on a fixed income and we just don't have that kind of money. Ms. Soto told me not to worry about it, there are programs to help people like us. First Ms Soto referred me to the Fairway Independent Mortgage Company. They helped us to get financed. They also helped us get into an Arizona Program that payed the down payment and most of the closing costs. Next the team at Remax emailed me several home to look at. Daina Garard drove me all over Sun City, then into Peoria. That's where we found the perfect home for us. It's in Peoria, right on the border of Sun City. It's also an Adult Community and is totally affordable for us. We just love it. Overall we can't say enough good things about Remax Signature and all the people that work there. They definitely work as a team. Everyone there is very professional and they really helped us out.

She was constantly "on it," showed us houses throughout the valley and is an expert in every style and price point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and she was able to get us into every home we wanted to see. Brand new homes from grand Santa Barbara (Tuscany) style, country club homes, mid century ranches, and traditional AZ adobe style homes. She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along! We were relocating from CA to AZ due to a death in our family, and she was so patient and kind even when our grief got the best of us at times. She showed us a total of 14 homes and remained in contact and kept us informed during the entire process. Other realtors may have been relaxed with their communication due to us being out of state buyers, but Kharimah stayed on top of everything. She ensured our needs were met and that we closed on the home that was best for us. On behalf of the Burrows/Taing/Khvan family, THANK YOU KHARIMAH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE! We highly recommend her!

Upon the selling of our home we had only good things to say about Kharimah Campbell with Libertas…read morereal estate. That soon changed within a few weeks of selling the property. That being said, SELLERS BEWARE of the ball being dropped on critical aspects, such as an amended post possession lease following a late closing, which affected us as sellers negatively at move out. We as sellers signed and expected to close initially on a Friday and at no fault of our own the closing was delayed until the following Tuesday. Kharimah not only assured us the lease terms would be amended to 30 days from actual close, but was confident it wouldn't even be an issue. Kharimah never completed an amendment to edit the lease terms to reflect the new closing date due to her lack of follow through on the document. Following closing, we were operating under the assumption we had 30 days left in the home and she confirmed that with us on a few occasions. To avoid the buyers' threatened legal action to vacate the home due to the amendment not being completed, we had to rush to pack the last of our home up in 3 days when we had planned for an additional week. Kharimah took minimal action to resolve this issue and was unapologetic about what transpired. Kharimah got paid out for the selling of the home and after that she did not complete a key job task that was supposed to be followed through with, which we talked about before and after closing. When it was too late, Kharimah could only reiterate that she could not assist in helping us with the issue at hand because we were no longer her clients/contracted with her. To sum it all up, Kharimah got paid out from the sale and she left us high and dry after that to deal with the aftermath of her slip up. In the end, we as sellers were dealt the short end of the stick due to Karimah's negligence to continue doing her job as our real estate agent past the close of escrow. The sale of our home was quick and easy due to the sellers market, yet I would not recommend using Kharimah as an agent to sell your home because of the negative experience we had using her and the lack of sympathy she showed us.
