I could hear a lady talking on the phone in the back and after knocking on the desk a couple times she finally peaked out. Apparently there was no one to do my massage even though I had made an appointment. She told me to phone in later to make another appointment. Very unprofessional. When I phoned to reschedule an appointment a few days later, I was told that they don't accept Groupons. I told her I had already purchased and paid for the service through Groupon.
