There's always a lineup on the weekends, so I advise going on a weekday (but not Tuesday as they are closed!) Parking on Fraser St. now costs money as of a few weeks ago, disappointingly but there is still some free neighbourhood parking if you circle around.

There were 2 ladies there who barely spoke English and I felt like they were laughing at us In their own language. We were separated into 2 different rooms. I was told to take off everything and to leave my underwear on. The lady who came into the room didn't even knock when she came in. The massage overall was barely a massage. I felt uncomfortable because she kept massaging my butt area a bit too much and I felt too exposed. She offered that she can give a Swedish massage for an extra $15 and I said no. She put waaay too much massage oil on me and afterwards massaging one part she would wipe it off with a coarse paper towel. The massage and body scrub was done and as we were about to leave the place she said I had to pay the "groupon tax" of $10 which I have never heard of. Then she noticed I didn't tip and basically forced me to tip them. Overall, did not like the experience at all. Please do not waste your time coming here.

Could have been a one time deal, but maybe they still honour it, I'm not sure! I got in and the staff were so lovely. The spa is gorgeous... The owner is this beautiful lady and she was the perfect person to see for my injections since I was getting them in my jaw line to reduce jaw clenching pain and to thin out the jaw line. She really knew what she was doing. Her assistant was the sweetest guy ever and we laughed a lot. 2 weeks later, my jaw is no longer in excruciating pain and my face is looking more thin. A young girl (technician) comes into the salon and calls the next person in line. She began to dust the counter with her bare hands then continued to work and did not wash her hands. My turn began and then shortly after I told the technician to stop because I felt her taking too much off my eyebrows. In the photo you can clearly see the uneven eyebrows and so thin compared to when I came in. I did pay her and even left her a tip so they wouldn't say I was trying to get out of paying. I have a newborn son and this is the first time I go out to do something nice for myself. So you can only imagine how the hormones and the bad eyebrows left me in tears after.
