Not great and the therapist cut my appointment short. Almost clinical and cold.

The staff was so nice and the facilities were clean and beautiful. I had no idea how much stress I was holding in my body until I left feeling baby brand new Something else I love about this spa is that they do giftcards if you're looking for the perfect present for that boss bae in your life. Who doesn't love a spa day? ‍ I think living in a busy city takes a huge toll on our mind and bodies which is why I'd highly recommend this spa. They always have deals and discounts going on, you just have to check their website/Instagram.

Not greeted by my masseuse or asked my concerns or to fill anything out? Woman masseuse walked in on me while I was changing for massage. After 1 minute she knocked on door to ask if I was ready. Not sure if she thought I was super man and would whip my clothes off right away. I just walked out. I've been to other Thai massage places in the city and this one seems creepy. Male customer who came out before me from a massage was leering at me and then he was looking at me outside on sidewalk in the window while I waited for my massage. As a woman I did not feel comfortable coming here. I would definitely go somewhere else. Not sure what else goes on here other than massages?

Chairs are SUPER comfortable, I fell asleep…read more i was in the private room with the TV and my technician was watching the TV as she did my massage, not to be a jerk I asked her to turn it off as the noise was distracting.... obviously to both of us. Anyways as part of a social shopper coupon I was happy. Though once you add the tax and fees it's not really a discount at all. I'll go back to use my last two coupons of course. Go if you're in the area but it's not a zen spa experience.... but the massage was great.

A new foot massage lounge... how could I resist??…read more (Especially with the 2 for 1 special going on!) Having just opened earlier in the week. I popped by to check it out. It definitely has a very spa like feel to it. When you walk in, you enter in to a Zen-like atmosphere, filled with tranquility and serenity. The lights are dim and music plays softly in the background. I ended up having my foot massage in a private room equipped with a TV! However, there's also an lounge lined with chairs if you prefer to get your massage in an open space. The massage itself felt great and I found myself slowly dozing off in the end. They also offer acupressure massages as well. The cost is pretty average - not too pricey, but a little bit more than Golden Feet. A 50 minute foot massage is $40. (I guess the difference in price is made up by the awesome spa environment!) I would recommend giving it a try - if you enjoy foot massages and a relaxing and elegant spa-like space, this is a great place to get the best of both words.

Definitely my favourite spa in Vancouver for massages. The atmosphere is so relaxing, from the…read moretrickling water to the essential oils you can smell, they've done a really good job transporting you so you're relaxed before your treatment even starts. One thing I respect is they always give you your full time too, not like other places where you pay for a 60 minute massage but the first 10 minutes are them asking you questions or getting dressed and it's really only a 45 minute massage. No, they literally look at the clock once they start massaging and that's when your time starts. And everyone is great, I go to Hilary when I can, Miyako is great too, but honestly I've never had a bad massage there by anyone. The traditional thai massages are really nice, they give you clothing to wear and basically guide you into different stretches and push your body in ways that really stretch you out in the best way. Their aromatherapy massages are great too. If it's your first time I recommend the East to West as it includes a little bit of everything.

This place is fantastic, I'm so glad I found it. We did the couples Lotus massages. The facial made my face feel so fresh and rid of dead skin. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This place is not your local spa, it's what people call a "deep tissue message" that is targeted at healing chronic pain caused by muscular adhesions and inflammation (I've researched this as I have tennis elbow). Yes you will get bruising and swelling and it will hurt, especially if you're older like me and has had chronic back and elbow pain for years now. I live in Toronto, and every time I visit my niece in Vancouver I got there with her. Communication is slightly difficult with some of the staff, but i've been getting massages from Monica since I started going there and they were able to treat where I wanted them to. You just gotta tell the front desk and they will convey the message to their therapists. Last time I went they changed their lineups, and that was in March. Talk to the front desk and they will give you therapist recommendations. What i've found is the initial couple sessions will hurt like hell, but you will feel a lot better afterwards. As you continue to treat the affected area, the pain will lessen, and it almost becomes addicting to feel your back and elbows relieved. Price is also fair, especially considering the COVID has caused everything to increase in price. A standard foot massage was only $65 for an hour, a pretty good deal compared to some of the spas out there.
