Tender juicy chicken. I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken tenders and my wife ordered the Lemon Pepper chicken tenders. The tenders are big, tender and juicy. I didn't think my Nashville Hot was very spicy or hot. In fact it really didn't have much flavor as far as spices go. It was still good. My wife's Lemon Pepper was really good. Very tender and juicy with a of flavor. Both orders came with fries, two slices of toast and two pickle slices. The fries were very good. Seasoned and cooked just right. The toast was very good too. I didn't see them make the toast, but it tasted like they buttered the bread and toasted it on the grill...it was delicious. The staff and employees were very friendly and welcoming. They all seemed happy and enjoying themselves. The employees kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything and if our meal was okay. Even the manager came around and checked on us. They kept the restaurant clean and tidy. It had a nice relaxing atmosphere. They need to have more tables and booths to sit in. They do have a patio area that is spacious, but sometimes you don't want to sit outside or at a long bar table sitting across from someone you don't know.

Although he made our visit good there was two servers who we kept getting attitude from and everyone at our table noticed it. I get pluckers can get busy but this is their job and doesn't mean you have to give bad service and make customers feel less than because you're overwhelmed. A server with dyed red hair and another server with a ponytail into a braid kept on disregarding requests and when they finally brought things they got visibly irritated with teenagers, who weren't being disrespectful by any means, and didn't even wait for us to think when someone at our table stuttered when asked if she wanted a plate and the server proceeded to shake the plate and then roll her eyes afterwards. The one with dyed red hair was asked very politely by again, teens, if the channel could possibly be changed then she cut him off in the middle of his sentence and said no then never came back with a follow up, it wasn't what she said it was how she said it. They then asked another guy and he was super nice and said he can check then came back shortly after with the answer, the man with the red hair and clear glasses. Again I feel there is definitely better ways to say things that don't make your costumers feel completely like trash. Food was good though!

It's been a while since we've been back here and since then, they've moved and this is their…read moreSECOND, new location. Whoa! I studied their website before we went as a review session and they have a section with ingredients and options for food allergies and special diets. I got there prepared and the owner was there and I found out that website hasn't been updated in about 2 years. Many things have changed, but not their website. Our go-to Meati Sandwich is no longer on the menu. But I must say I love the new place. Bold, clean, awesome. Other than that, not too much has changed; they still have a lot of mouthwatering items on the menu... and my family can only eat one burger on the menu. We're allium-free vegetarians and there's alliums in sauces and certain proteins used. Thankfully, we were speaking to one of the co-owners and he was super helpful and patient with us, even looking up ingredients and letting us double check. He is aware of the Jain diet. They also have a kids menu and we actually ordered off of one for the first time for the kids (just a simplified version of the regular burgers), We ended up ordering: MISSION BURGER ($16.95): a classic burger with 2 Impossible patties. Having said that, the patties were super thin and smooshed flat. The guys got this burger. Took out onions and subbed out the house sauce with ketchup and mustard. JR MISSION BURGER ($12.95): same as the regular with only 1 of the smooshed impossible patties. My sister and I got this. A very good burger and it's such a nostalgic feeling eating a burger (that I didn't make myself for once). The burger was perfectly filling but I could definitely also eat a regular Mission with no issues since the patties are smooshed down. KIDS' CHEESEBURGER W/ FRIES (1 with a gluten-free bun), both $11.99 so no additional cost for GF: both my kids got this with nothing added in other than cheese and the smooshed impossible patty. The saddest looking burgers BUT they ate it! The gluten-free bun is a bit... flattened, but my kid ate half of it there and finished it on the car ride out of Austin. Then asked for another one. In fact, he's still asking for another one and it's been almost 2 weeks. My other kid (picky, no allergies) likes it as well, but didn't finish and not as much as her brother. But she definitely loved the fries. SMALL FRIES ($3.50): almost every order of burgers came with a side of fries. These are perfect, stayed delicious, and were perfectly seasoned. If you are gluten-sensitive or have a wheat allergy, do know they use a shared fryer for ALL their fried items. My kid with the food allergies couldn't eat them, just to be safe. COOKIES AND CREAM MILKSHAKE ($11.95): This is made with their soft serve and regular Oreo cookies. SO GOOD. My daughter and my vegan sister got one each. Not too sweet, hit the spot perfectly. I would like to suggest they offer a gluten-free version made with GF Oreos if they can figure out how to significantly eliminate cross contamination... or just use only GF Oreos. VANILLA SOFT SERVE ($3.99): fun fact - these are lentil protein based! Got this for my kid with the food allergies (he's allergic to wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, avocado, pineapple, kiwi) who prefers real dairy and he ate almost the entire cup! It's a pretty hefty serving. I had a taste and it's pretty good. Very close to the dairy version. We were thrilled with our visit. Everything tasted great! I loved how there isn't an additional cost for a gluten free bun (it's a little wonky shaped... irregularly flattened on top). My food allergy kid asked me to make him a burger because he misses the one he got here and he specifically requested for buns with a round top so it's apparently a sore spot with him. I also love how I could actually talk to someone and make well informed decisions on what we could order... and we ordered everything we could have (aside from desserts). I'm a bit sad Mission Burger is so far away, but I guess it just means we'll have to stop by Austin when we're in Texas again. Thank you for another amazing experience!

Wow! Did not expect how good this place was. I have always passed by this place and over looked it…read more Definitely wished I tried sooner. First walking in I was greeted by the staff and they were so welcoming and sweet. We got offered a cookie while ordering, which definitely sweetened the deal for me. The staff answered all of our questions and even let us try some of the items as we were in between the Mac n cheese with brisket or not. First off, the bbq brisket is CRAZY good! It's made from mushroom and cooked so well. I got the brisket with Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was very creamy, but I would not say cheesy. I really liked the mac n cheese, even though I usually do not gravitate towards it. My favorite item other than the brisket would be the onion rings. It was savory and rich, and has a great crunch to it. I recommend getting it with the ranch, but there is also an option for bbq sauce. We also got the Carne Asada Steak Quesadilla (weekly item) and a Jr. Mission Burger. It was good to try but when compared to the brisket and onion rings, it ranks lower on my list. The items did not stand out to me, but were a decent choice. Overall, I would definitely come back and try their other items on the menu. Loved the team, they definitely made the experience for me!
