I recently had a horrible experience at a suit shop downtown (I absolutely hated that place!), but…read morethen I decided to check out this Harry Rosen outlet that people online kept talking about. Long story short, the customer service (I was helped by Evan) was second to none. I felt like a king here. Not pushy at all, great advice in terms of fit, and I felt very comfortable. After experiencing the worst experience of my life at Tom's Place (used car sales men who sells suits), I was so happy to be here. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, otherwise, I would have gladly paid an extra $400 just to buy a brand name suit with Evan. And surprisingly, the selection of suits (and other clothes and accessories) were very good! Although, they do carry "out of season" clothes, they're just as good as in season, especially with the prices. Definitely recommend checking out!

It wasn't until I came to the cash desk with an armful of pocket squares, socks, and ties that some guy scooped me up and, I'm sure, happily took the commission. The selection of merchandise is fine for most demographics, though Harry's is traditionally a more conservative bunch than their Holts counterparts. The outlet is no exception to that rule, just that there appear to be a lot more gaudy units in stock. I happen to like gaudy dress furnishings so we paired well in that regard. Heartland is a crap mall to begin with and I don't think Harry's Outlet brings much of anything to draw me back here.

Nice selections of Guinness novelty items, Irish traditional more conservative clothing.. those nice sweaters, overcoat would certainly keep you warm and toasty.. but just don't look at the price tag. Make sure you go to the back and have some Irish cuisine, irish tea and desserts. It is a delight to see a little tea shop inside of the store where you can enjoy some Irish home cooking!

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a all about the shopping, history and lake time (it's named for a reason!); and as far as shopping goes, Irish Design should be one of your stops. Beautiful store chalk full of Irish (no surprise there!) products, many made from beautiful Merino wool: socks, hats, blankets and the most beautiful, thick sweaters you've ever seen. Also, a large assortment of scarves, jewelry and all your Irish needs. Whether you're looking for a present for yourself or someone else, if you're willing to open your pocket book VERY wide, this might be just the stop for you. Like most of the stores directly on Queen Street (the main drag in Niagara-on-the-Lake), Irish Design has its prices set high. Although, they DO have a "sale" section and remember, everything is listed in Canadian dollars. They accept credit, cash and US currency and have a lovely tea room, which I did not visit, in the back of the store (bathrooms only available for tea room patrons, no public store washroom!) Irish Design is also located near the [shopping] end of Queen Street, right before the residential strip, couple shops over from King George Theater. Great hours, opening at 9:30am during the weekday. Overall, a cozy shop and unique enough that it should be on your list of places to visit.

So far I have only dealt with them online, but the service I received from Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding between several items, but Jonathan asked me a few questions and was able to help me decide. When the stuff arrived, he was totally right. I am so happy to have received his advice. From now on, I only want to shop at Lost and Found. Thank you so much, I can't wait to place my next order. Update: I was in Toronto for a wedding and had some time to go visit them in person. They are in a great location, the store is well organized, and the staff is friendly and passionate about fashion. I had a great conversation about the brands they stock and why they choose them, which only further reinforced my opinion that this is the best men's store in Canada. But the best part was this: I bought a sweater (among other things) and was about to pay for it when I noticed a thread coming loose. To my amazement, their team was able to repair the garment while I waited. Not only do they stock the best clothing, they also provide excellent support. The sweater has been great ever since and survived several trips through the wash. Thanks for the perfect repair job! Next time please teach me how to do that :)

Yes it's a good sale ... if you could even find something. So many clothes were thrown about, nothing was in a place that made sense, and if you did want to buy something, the crazy part there was a line up of at least 16 people. Forget even trying something on... I think half the rooms had other people stuff from who knows when. Something tells me they're seriously understaffed. I find this store to be one of the smallest Zara in the GTA and with the most casual lower end items. Save your sanity and your dollars and head over to Yorkdale or Sherway. At least they dont look like a fashion bomb went off.

ALSO, if you look at my reviews, I NEVER review retail places, but my experience was so terrible, I have to write a review. I was gonna go in on the horrible customer service I had here at the square one location, but it's been a few days and I'm choosing my words a little more carefully now lol. The person doing my return blamed ME for making her life difficult (actual words) because she got some sort of error message on her register when processing my return? She said verbatim "if you purchased it online, you should do an online return". Ummm ma'am, then why do they give us the the option to return online purchases in store? I'm exercising that option. As if I purposely went in that day to make her life difficult and put that error message on her computer? Mind you, I was being very nice and very patient the whole time, as I would never be rude to a retail person. She was just rude for literally no reason. We even had to ASK her to call the manager to see if maybe they could help. Like....wouldn't you think to call the manager yourself in the first place, if there's something happening on the register that you don't understand? Common sense is not so common. Anyways, a manager eventually came and was much nicer and much more helpful. So that was appreciated. Although upon arriving home and calling customer service to make sure a refund was in process, I come to find out it wasn't. *eye roll*. So now internal needs to investigate blah blah blah....ya I'm never shopping there again. Defs on my boycott list.
