Winners stores have brand name clothing, footwear, bedding, furniture, fine jewellery, beauty products, and housewares. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other Winners stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. Staff are helpful and checkouts are fairly quick.

An important point to remember is that you cant try on anything so take your time to make sure it fits. They do have a lot of cool stuff but sizes are mixed together on the same rack so you need to look around. They also have limited of mens wear too. The outfits were poorly made, ill-fitting, and unwearable: * The tops were so tight and short and no extra material to make them bigger. * Pants were sewn so tight they couldn't even be pulled up my thighs, with no extra material to fix them. * Outfits that were supposed to be A-line were made as straight cuts. * The finishing was messy, with stitching already falling apart, noisy dupattas with excessive ghotta, and even a completely wrong zipper placement. I trusted the owner and gave her every chance to make this right. I sent photos, videos, and detailed messages. At first, she promised to send a replacement, then later admitted she was going out of business -- and since then, she has completely stopped responding to me. No accountability, no follow-up, no resolution. Because of this, I had to spend an additional $1,500 just to buy new suits for myself and my daughter. This was supposed to be a joyful experience, but instead it has left me stressed, hurt, and financially drained. It is beyond unfair to take a customer's money, deliver such poor quality, and then vanish without honoring your promises. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through.
