I had looked at a pair of white pants and maxi dress on their E-commerce site but wanted to try them on before committing. With the Toronto store fronts closed in the last few years, my only option to try on in person was to wait for the first warm Sunday to hop on the motorcycle to ride to Oakville. I almost walked out of the store after trying on my items to order online. The service in there is terrible. I had three pairs of pants and a dress to try, the individual staffing the changing area looked up at me dismissively, and nodded at the first room and said "you can use that one". Later, she watched me converse with my spouse about the white pants while he and I determined a different size would be better. He had to go get the different size - and at this point there were three staff members in the change area!! I also overheard her assisting other customers and offering to fetch sizes for them without them having to ask so not sure why I was ignored. In the end, the white pants are too see through but I bought the dress. If this is the only bricks and mortar store in the area, they need to do better. read more
