Absolutely loved the burger! My husband had the New York strip. Great taste and felt taken care of…read more Kendle was a server, she was very welcoming and accommodating. We're happy we stopped by while in town.

First off, I can't quite understand the lower star rating for this restaurant. Some of the reviews…read moregriped about the manager and fries. Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. They weren't heavy and greasy, like a lot of fries. I liked that. The burger was cooked medium as requested by my husband. My chicken burger was a delicious grilled chicken breast...a real breast and not some gross pressed chicken patty. The ranch and honey mustard were both house made. Sooooo good. The ranch was really dilly and I loved that! Did Jeremy's pass the test? Absolutely! When my husband announced "I'd eat here again", I knew we made a good restaurant choice! I agree. We will eat there again! **They also offer a 10% discount on senior, military and first responder meals. THAT was cool! Two thumbs up for Jeremy's!

My husband and I decided to try a new place for dinner and he wanted to try the Carlisle. I'm glad…read morewe did. It was great. The atmosphere was comfortable, with a pleasant crowd and a lot of laughing. We were greeted almost as soon as we walked in, which was great considering they were kinda busy already. Drinks came fast and so did the food. I had the bacon cheeseburger with curly fries. My husband got cheese curds, which I'd never had before, and the special of the day, which was a bbq bacon burger with regular fries. My food was amazing. It's been a long time since I've had a burger of this quality. The cheese curds came out fast and hot and were absolutely delicious. I had a bite of my husband's burger and it was good enough for me to consider maybe getting it next time. All of this food only cost $45, which is saying something these days. We will definitely be back.

We had noticed the Carlisle during a recent trip to Onalaska. We thought the outside was gorgeous…read moreso figured it was a dinner house and the inside was the same. Well, it's not and the sign clearly indicates it's a bar and grill. So, we were disappointed when we walked in. However, by checking it out, we assumed the place really rocks in the evenings and on the weekend. Who knows! Between us we ordered their fish'n chips, philly cheesesteak sandwich and soup of the day which was cream of celery. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The philly cheesteak was about double the size of those you get elsewhere and really good. The soup was also excellent as was the fish. Fries were excellent and hot. There is no way we could give this place less than a 5* for their food. One negative was the air conditioner made it very cold inside and it wasn't even a hot day. Service was great. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely return.
