I completely understand that everyone has an off day, but when working in any industry, professionalism, kindness, and a welcoming attitude should be a priority. After my session, I called back simply to clarify the post-rinse instructions, and the attitude I received was unnecessarily dismissive and unpleasant. It was a disappointing interaction, especially after having such a positive experience with Kira. Customer service plays a significant role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as a little courtesy and professionalism can go a long way. I will not be coming back.

Also, I ended up with blotchy and uneven palms, knuckles, and toes, but that was just a result of user error. I should have used much more barrier cream than I thought I needed. Even taking all necessary steps to make the tan last, like great prep (exfoliation, etc.), and moisturizing religiously after getting sprayed, it still only lasted me about four days before it started to fade and look uneven. I think that for $35, it is a good enough deal. If I spray tanned more often, I would probably get the membership, so my tan would always look fresh. The facilities were clean, and the front desk employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend them!
