I was referred to the Andy Divine in Kingman location after my DME supplier stopped CPAP supplies, First I had to fill out a mountain of paperwork, then was told it would be 3 months. I called a couple times and got the in 3 months, without asking for my name. Something was said about their respiratory therapist, but did not catch exactly what. I've had my CPAP a number of years. All I have needed from real suppliers is supplies that they fill from a prescription from my pulmonogist. Simple! I have complained to my doctor. I asked the person at Uptown if I should keep using supplies such as filters I can no longer clean or mask that is wearing out. I was told yes, In my opinion, with all the years having Sleep Apnea, they are outrages. Yesterday when I called yet again I was told to come in and fill out their packet. I did that already. i got upset, since I prefer to be able to sleep at night without my breathing stopping. I don't think they know what sleep apnea is an how dangerous it is to with hold needed supplies, All they need to do is fill the Rx my DOCTOR wrote. read more

Horrible customer service with a BIG ATTITUDE PROBLEM. They ordered new pads for my husband's neck brace ( he was wearing it when they placed the order so they knew what kind to order). Comes in and it's wrong. They tell him no refunds on wearable items. He said it was their mistake that they ordered the wrong one and he wants a refund. The pharmacist assistant cops an attitude. Finally the pharmacist says they can only issue store credit, we don't shop there. Eventually he gets the refund and tells them he won't be shopping there again. Absolute worst customer service in America. I do not do negative reviews if you check my history. This place is awful. I went there during the height of the virus back in 2021. The Kingman Miner newspaper said you can go to this store for your vaccination. I went in Jan. I asked for the form. They told me to go to your car to fill out the paperwork. This is an 8000 sq ft store with no people or customers the day I was there. I did the form. Then they typed the info into a computer. Asked me one or two questions. What a condescending clerk. The government reimbursed all vaccine locations for the shots. They never called me to fulfil my request for a vaccine. If you want to be insulted, belittled or looked down upon pay a visit to this store. read more

I am a disabled person who requires oxygen to survive. Lugging large oxygen bottles everywhere severely limits my Life. I consulted the staff at this store to see if they had a solution. They recommended I purchase Zen O Lite Portable Oxygen machine . I did so in reliance on their special skill and knowledge. The equipment cost more than my entire monthly income. After less than an hour of use it was clear that the equipment was unsuitable for my condition. I tried to return it but was rebuffed by the store who refuse to refund my money. read more

Bastards just informed me they no longer fill my prescription in the amount I need it in! Put a sign in the window. Unfortunately it was put in AFTER I picked up my last prescription! Sign says they made every attempt to contact patient who would be affected. I received no call, no text, no mail, no email, no nothing! Problem was I had no more pills left, I was overdue for next one, and no other place in town is going to take me just like that! Plus, I couldn't get hold of my pain doctor to send prescription elsewhere! Avoid these uncaring people at all costs! I am not done with them yet! Far from it! read more

I was traveling for Christmas/New Years with my 85 year old Mom. I needed a bedside commode & a raised toilet seat. I was able to rent the commode for just $25 for almost 3 weeks. It was easy to pick up & return. There was a little mix up on the deposit return, but everything else was seamless. I recommend Uptown for the extra touch of personal service. read more

I would give it a 5 star review if the lady , Amanda, i believe wasnt ao obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. She wont even come up to the window while you are talking with her. As i was leaving i even heard her snicker about me and call me dumb! Ridiculous!! If anyone is dumb its that broad. I made the switch after getting tired of waiting in line at Walgreens several times. I don't understand why in the world they have only a pharmacist and one assistant working when they are so busy. At Uptown Drug they have several people working and I am in and out with no issues. I love the home town feel, too! Chris is the best! read more

My father-in-law was just discharged from rehab to in home hospice care. Uptown provided us with a hospital bed, bedside table, shower seat and bedside commode. Ed called us this morning to say they would be delivering between 9:30 and 10. He showed up right at 9:30. Very nice and professional. He assembled everything and showed us how everything worked. Fantastic service. Thank you for giving us everything we needed to bring Dad home and keep him comfortable. read more

I have had nothing but problems with Uptown. With the exception of Linda the staff is rude, they have no idea of whats going on. You ask now to speak withLinda you are told she has 500 clients and does not have time to talk to you so make an appointment. If you express you self they hang upon you. They also try to push you off on someone else. This just happened to me. You make an order and they lose it and when you call to ask about they say an order was never made. This is not made up as it has and is happening to me. read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Shaun, He was helping out with another store in Golden Valley behind the drug counter. I have not been working and needed my blood pressure meds. I asked if I could get 1/2 filled since I was low on funds. He went ahead and paid for my prescription, and said Merry Christmas, I was crying like a baby, am 63 years old, I have not felt that much kindness and respect from anyone in such a long time. Awful. Had the displeasure of speaking with "Nicole-pharmacy-tech-in-training." She rudely counted the questions I had about a particular medication, then cut me off while I was speaking. I've never spoken to such a condescending and rude pharmacy tech - or any other healthcare employee - in my life. She was absolutely no help and had no idea what she was talking about. It was such poor service, I had to speak with her manager. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more
