I called a couple times and got the in 3 months, without asking for my name. Something was said about their respiratory therapist, but did not catch exactly what. I've had my CPAP a number of years. All I have needed from real suppliers is supplies that they fill from a prescription from my pulmonogist. Simple! I have complained to my doctor. I asked the person at Uptown if I should keep using supplies such as filters I can no longer clean or mask that is wearing out. I was told yes, In my opinion, with all the years having Sleep Apnea, they are outrages. Yesterday when I called yet again I was told to come in and fill out their packet. I did that already. i got upset, since I prefer to be able to sleep at night without my breathing stopping. I don't think they know what sleep apnea is an how dangerous it is to with hold needed supplies, All they need to do is fill the Rx my DOCTOR wrote.
