Norma doesn't accept anything that's damaged or that isn't in fashion. I particularly love checking out the shoe selection. Often, many of the pairs have never been worn and there are some great deals. I picked up a pair of rhinestone-covered Beverly Feldman platforms during a sale for around $40. Not too shabby. I went to sell a toy n called not even 20 minutes after leaving if I could get it back bc my child wanted it back. They ended up loosing a piece of toy set and expected me to pay. I told them I'll pay u when it's found. No one looked for it but myself and partner. Owner was called n seemed like he was going to help by saying he would personally look for it until I asked can I take my toys bc my child wanted it back. He disrespected me and started talking bad about my child when it was uncalled for and then threatened to call the cops. I said I just want the missing piece n I will gladly leave but I also won't pay for something that was lost in ur hands and I didn't get paid what they wanted me to pay back. The employees working that day were helpful n I understood it wasn't on them because they weren't there when I sold it. But very rude owner n will not be taking anything to sell again. I had fun looking through the racks for new summer clothes. The people who work here are really kind. It is a smaller store so it's easier to look through things a bit quicker.
