Finally - exactly what Kingston *locals* (the originals, not just the newcomers) have been craving! A place with good food, a solid menu selection, and down-to-earth prices that actually feel fair. 5 stars across the board for flavor, vibe, and service. The bar scene is that perfect balance: casually upscale, never pretentious, and always welcoming. And major bonus - on weekends the kitchen stays open until 11pm! In a town where most places shut down the grills around 9, this is a game-changer. Honestly, I almost don't want to write this because it feels like we should keep it a secret. The owner, Randi, is a pro, been in the business for years, and knew exactly what we wanted - she nailed it. Feels like home, tastes like home, and it's the kind of spot you'll want to keep coming back to.

Incredible top-to-bottom experience. My wife and I stopped in for a mid-week lunch (on a Tuesday), and from the moment we walked in we were blown away. The restaurant was noticeably clean--both in appearance and smell--which made a great first impression. The hostess/waitress was warm, welcoming, and very informative. We tried a few signature cocktails and appetizers, and nothing even came close to disappointing. I had their Collins-style cocktail (can't remember the exact name), while my wife enjoyed a glass of wine followed by a whiskey sour. All three drinks were perfectly made. For food, we shared the egg rolls, shrimp skewers, chicken nachos, and mozzarella sticks. You could immediately tell everything was made in-house and with fresh ingredients. The building itself is beautiful, and the interior décor pays a genuine tribute to Kingston's history. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Uptown Bar and Grill.

What's with all the black stuff. Solid as a hockey puck.

Food was good, prices were reasonable, and the service was fine. However, what really disappointed…read moreme was that they started vacuuming during the fourth quarter of a big game (Knicks vs. Cleveland in the playoffs) while there were still 50+ people watching. Even though they were vacuuming in a neighboring section that had already closed, the noise was loud and distracting enough to take away from the experience. It seemed like poor timing, especially during the most important part of the game. Overall, the food and value were solid, but if you're trying to create a place where people come to watch big sporting events, this wasn't a great look. I wish there were a better spot to watch a game in Kingston. Community discussions about sports bars in Kingston often echo that sentiment, with many fans saying the area could use a stronger dedicated game-watching venue.

Ordered several things through Ubereats again, having had positive experiences in the past. This time I had a gluten-free concern, but didn't see an option through the order, so I called the establishment to clarify what i was looking for. My request was simple: if there is not a gluten-free option for the cheeseburger then please keep the bun separate. I was told over the phone that I had to speak to a manager. Ok, cool. After a considerable wait I spoke with an individual who assured me that my order would be completed as discussed. In fact, he would speak personally with the 'chef' to insure so. Here's the cutch- I never got my burgers. I got the standard plastic clamshell salad(which i didn't order) , soggy fries with a spoonful of soggy, slightly spiced sand.... which i assume was that chili i paid extra for... and.... get this.... the clamshell box with the bun that I CAN'T EAT as I had expressed. No meat. No cheese. I paid you for it. You're welcome. Where the hell was my burger? Ooops ... you forgot it. If there was a way to rate your current establishment numerically , you'd get a -5 from me.

They're perfect with the pickles, and while the jalapeños are good too, the pickles really take them to another level. I also think the seasoning really tastes amazing. The app is super easy to use and makes ordering incredibly convenient. Pickup is always ready right on time, and my order has never been wrong. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll meet and clearly cares about the customers. The restaurant always looks clean, welcoming, and well put together, which makes it an even better place to stop by. I don't remember the bar being there when the place first opened, but that could just be my memory. Either way, it's a really cool addition and gives the place a great atmosphere. Easy Munchies. Great food, great service... and the pens always work.

The woman behind the counter was pleasant and amusing with a welcoming smile. It was not particularly busy, as there were a few patrons waiting for pick-up and delivery drivers coming in and out. The restaurant is well laid out between dining area, bar and order counter. In hindsight, I can't say I can think of another Atomic Wings with a bar. I placed my order and was offered a drink while I waited by a wonderfully mustachioed (and bearded!) gentleman. Keep that type of kind service up, I will have to make this a regular haunt! Atomic Wings does the best kind of chicken IMO. No breading, still crisp, not fussy. Their standard blue cheese is often lacking a 'zing', but I've noticed some stores don't use the franchise dressing. My order was for a 10 piece tradition wing, well done with Thai Chili sauce, and blue cheese dressing. My wings didn't get soggy, even with a ten minute drive home. It's because they have vented take out containers! No need for me to crack the box open so air can escape The wings were perfection. Thai chili had the best blend of spicy and sweet. The blue cheese tasted a bit ranch-y but was still quality and enjoyable with chunks of cheese. It wasn't until well after making short work of my wings that I realized there was no celery/carrot included. I wonder if that's because I didn't ask for them, or if they're not offered at this location. Either way, I didn't need them and barely noticed, just a mention of you're into that kind of thing.

By FAR the TOP wing place in CT!…read more There are 115 flavors of wings that come out CRISPY and flavorful!! From your traditional wings to your more unique, not so basic, out of this world flavors including dessert wings! Yes s'mores and chocolate included! Jaesah was our server and she was very friendly. We have only been here once before and always stick to the basic norm, but we wanted to try something different. She gave many different unique flavors that were her favorite! To start we got a southern tier pumpqueen cider with a sugared rim and a ciderboys pressed cider. Both drinks were very good for this festive season For the wings, we chose the maple butter bacon, and the Cajun butter garlic bacon with a side of curly fries. We also got the mango pineapple habanero wings to go The maple butter bacon was so good! A nice twist for the sweet and salty flavors! The Cajun garlic butter bacon was a tad bit salty, and definitely packed with garlic and salty bacon flavor. This was very good but a tad bit salty. The mango pineapple habanero wings we got to go but I had to try one! They were delicious. A nice pair to the sweet and spicy kick it had I have not ventured in the dessert section so I can't comment on that but all of their wings I have had are very good and flavorful! They have an extensive menu, but I always come for the wings!!

We were turned away because my cousin is 20. If we were able to provide proof of guardianship, we would have been allowed in. Who walks into a restaurant with legal papers showing you are the guardian?? When we asked the waitress why we couldn't just eat, she was very dismissive, rude and did not explain why this is their rule, she simply stated "its a cafe liquor license". My husband and I have been here over a dozen times and have only been carded half of the time, and we've ordered alcohol everytime. Riddle me that. There has never been any expectation to be 21 to just walk in. All of a sudden we can't let a 20 year old just get lunch with a water? I'm sure they got themselves into an underage drinking disaster but that shouldn't affect everyone else. I understand the rules are written on the website, but we've never had an issue previously so why would I think to check if I needed to bring guardianship paperwork with me? The entire experience was bizarre and unappreciated. We will not be back ever.

It's true the wait times are long if it's busy, but that's where my complaints end. Produce is always fresh, service is friendly, and the menu is limited, which I think is one of its virtues. I'm gluten free and I can get either a GF bun or lettuce wrap, meat or Impossible or veggie burger. Fries are solid, shakes delicious. If you pre-order or prepare for a slightly longer wait, you won't be disappointed. Fast food is now incredibly expensive in addition to being heavily processed garbage. If I'm craving McDonald's, I'll go get that, but my cheeseburger was $9 and better than anything I've had in the area. I'm usually down to wait a little longer for a much higher quality product for around the same price.

Now here's the thing- we've never been inside, never stepped foot in here or even rolled through the drive-thru. Hubs ordered a cheeseburger and honestly? It looked like a Smash Burger with those crispy edges. If I was a meat eater, I would've taken a bite of hubs' cheeseburger because it looked good. For me, he ordered a "grilled cheese"- made on potato bread bun. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Tell me why when I opened my grilled cheese, the top bun was upside down. So now you gonna tell me the top bun did a somersault during transport? He also ordered a "ganache" chocolate shake topped with whipped cream. Listen... if you're going to call something ganache, it better live up to the name. The shake tasted like vanilla ice cream doused in brown, sugary syrup. I totally get it- when you're here, stick with what they're named for. Don't go for cute- go for the burgers.
