They aren't able to accept debit/CC transactions and I was initially told I could write a check at delivery. Then I was advised they needed a wire transfer. We were unable to get to the bank to initiate this in a timely manner and we needed the chair asap. So even though they can't process a debit/CC payment when 90% of the civilized world can accept this method, they insisted on the wire giving no accommodation for their shortcomings and our urgent need. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for setting me back a whole day in getting a chair.

I overheard the salesman tell several others while I was looking around that he didn't have this or that in stock and didn't realize he'd run out.
