I have had multiple issues with getting prescriptions filled and what upsets me more is their insistence in going over my prescription, prescription I have been on for years. Other pharmacies will ask if you want to consult with pharmacy they don't. They do not give option. I would prefer the pharmacist focus on getting my prescription correct rather than going through a drug I have been on for some time. Line at Pharmacy tends to be long and often times the wait is quite long. They do offer delivery which is a nice service but I have not used because I do not feel they will fill my prescriptions correctly. Will probably just pay more and go back to either Price Chopper or Target where I get better service and the personnel know me. If you want a prescription transferred forget it they don't care to be bothered. Don't care for this pharmacy at all.

Although 9 hours away from our location, Rich was able to check measurements of the truck we liked for compatibility with our particular wheelchair model, but found that -- due to 4WD -- the modification on this particular vehicle wouldn't work with our current equipment. We appreciate Rich taking the time to answer questions and research those details, and hope to some day make the trip to Syracuse to find our next ride.
