$2 tots - The image shows a close-up view of multiple fried chicken nuggets with a golden-brown, crispy breaded coating. They are placed in a black container, likely prepared for serving or eating. The nuggets are irregularly shaped and appear crunchy and well-cooked.

Photos don't really do the food justice... I've been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's never incredibly crowded, staff members are always efficient, and the food is consistently hot and generously portioned. Stopped by on Saturday right before 11am (when breakfast ends) for a latte, coffee, breakfast sandwich, burrito, and tots. $30? It's a steal. The food is hot and fresh. Lightning coffee staff could be friendlier (or offer the ceramic mugs when you specially say you're staying here...) butttt the coffee is great and affordable compared to nearby alternatives. I love the option to use the QR code at your table or head to the kiosk. They have SO many seating options. And the cold water tap - sparkling or flat - is a massive perk. I think they had a bit of a rough start but now this spot is certainly underrated.

I feel like food halls are the next best thing in urban cities. Compared to other food halls, however, I was left disappointed. The food options here were just okay... can't say much beyond the food quality was just alright. I will say the service was extremely fast - I think I got my drink 10 seconds upon ordering. While each food establishment tries its best to shine among their counterparts, it's hard to take notice how when the crowds aren't there, there's no incentive to try any of these businesses. I will probably return back due to the proximity of corporate offices, but I would not go for personal reasons

Love this little food court! They've got great variety and wonderful interior. VERY clean and well kept. Free water is available, very kind service workers bring to the table. Ordering is extra easy because they have QR codes on all the tables.

Upside is a food hall above the Rosslyn metro that offers a wide variety of food and drinks - a great option especially if you have several people in your party! One of our favorite happy hour spots as well. Love when it's nice enough to sit outside on their patio as well. Quick service by ordering from your table from any of the menus/restaurants. Self service water station that offers still or sparking water with bottles to fill and bring to your table. French onion soup hit the spot, better than I expected. Tater tots were a good size and good flavor with crispy outside and soft inside. Build your own burger was good, though we didn't love the fries. Soft serve was a nice ending though they were out of chocolate when we went, so we ended up with strawberry and vanilla swirl instead.

What a great food hall! Stumbled upon this en route to the metro and I'm so glad I did! You can sit anywhere and scan the QR code to order from any place and they'll deliver it to where you're sitting. This was perfect for our group, as each of us were craving different things. We sat at the bar and had some tasty cocktails while we waited for our food to arrive. The burger was so good I didn't take a picture (I was hungrier than the phone this time so it didn't eat first LOL). The servings were shareable honestly and I would definitely go back!

I'm a fan of food halls but this one needs a bit more variety. They have a couple of vendors making a handful of dishes but nothing really stood out, at least not in the 30-45 mins I spent going through the menus. I went with some of the apps from the pizza place - 2 small arancini for $9 on the happy hour menu and the meatball appetizer. Not bad, but not great either. The QR codes at the table make ordering easy and I appreciated the water stations with full size cups. The patio is also very nice. It's a great space overall, it's just the food that falls short.

My son with the dragon - A boy with a broad smile, wearing headphones, a navy hoodie, and light-colored pants, stands next to a traditional Chinese lion dance costume with vibrant colors and intricate details. The background features a mural and modern interior elements, indicating an indoor cultural or entertainment venue.

My son and I went to celebrate Chinese New Year with Little Tiger Dumpling and it was amazing! I loved the service from each small eatery there. The performance was spectacular and I'm excited I got to take my youngest with me who enjoys Asian culture. My son received lots of red envelopes with some goodies. We recently went back to use some of the gift cards. Now back to Little Tiger Dumpling the food was sooo great I spent a lot of money ! I also went to the bar and got a drink which was ok. I didn't really want it but wanted to support. I did recently visit and got a mocktail and it was good. While visiting they had small business in a room where they were selling amazing items. I forgot the name of the business I got a brownie from but it was tooooooo good. During our recently visit at upside on Moore we discovered that they had a rooftop and the views are amazing. We set watching the planes fly over the tall buildings and just people watching from the roof! I love this place!

A fully renovated and revitalized food court that's more airy and modern than the sad old Rosslyn mall. We came here for the night market, lion dance, and the grand opening of Little Tiger Dumplings. We also bought chocolate at a stand in the "night market" (a small room consisting of 6 stalls mostly selling crafts). You scan the QR code on the table and they deliver food to the table. Very efficient. You can also eat at the counter and watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen. The scallion pancakes are the highlight of the Little Tiger Dumplings. Nicely presented on a plat that was leaf shaped. Thin and crispy. Love the pink pickled radish on the side. Their Teibei pork chop noodle which was delicious. Their dumplings are as tender as well! They have a small menu of Taiwanese bubble teas. Nice touch. Chocolates from Just Ron Chocolate were very unique: among the flavors were yuzu, blueberry and herb. Majestic lion dance and really fun. It was fully interactive (see my photos).

oysters - A round metal plate contains several raw oysters on a bed of crushed ice, accompanied by two small metal cups of sauce, likely cocktail and mignonette. A glass bottle of water is positioned behind the plate. The setting appears to be a restaurant or food hall with a modern interior, featuring chairs and tables, and large windows allowing natural light.

Good spot in Arlington to use the free wifi, work on your laptop, and try all the diverse food options! The service was really good and my water was always full. I got the margarita pizza and dollar oysters. The ambiance was "panera bread" vibes I guess, there were lots of different seating options and I was comfortable. There were multiple other restaurants inside that I really wanted to try but I can only eat so much, lol next time!

Upside on Moore is a good spot for groups, which is often why I come here with coworkers. They have QR codes which is good for group orders. Tables are plentiful, and the menu has a lot of options given the various restaurants. Food quality and timing depends on the restaurant you order from so keep that in mind.

We booked a karaoke room and they couldn't even be bothered to provide a mic. How are you supposed to sing karaoke without a microphone? The cheeseburger and other food was way overpriced as well.

I've only seen the area from the highways that are tree lined. I am quite amazed by how out of touch I was for this area. This mall is quite expansive. The one thing I love about the DMV area is that the malls are still thriving. Not to the point where every single store is filled, but no where near dead mall territory. I had some time to kill before I had to head back home and wanting to pick up some items. Parking here had me. I wasn't sure where would be the best place to park. I had no idea Lululemon moved and has a bigger store now. It's hard to believe that the malls in America are dying when you see how crazy busy it is at the Mall. I couldn't find parking until I parked closer to the old Sears lot. And that was during a weekday well after Christmas and New Year's too. My nickname at work used to be the Mall Rat Haha! It was hard to tell because all the stalls share the same menu and you order from the same place (two tablets near the front). Tonkotsu Ramen (~$16) and Scallion Pancakes with Beef (~$11). They were prepared quickly. I expected the pancakes to be twice as large for the price. They tasted fine, I liked them. The ramen was served with broth on the side and came with pork, eggs, corn, bean sprouts, and a few other bits. It was pretty good but nothing special.
