First time customer for this vendor. Made a purchase On-Line on October 27, 2024 and paid in full. As I write this review today is December 05, 2024. To this date I have not received my item. I did receive a call from a customer service person on November 16, 2024 stating there was a delay in shipment and that they would ship in 7 to 10 days. I have made a number of calls and can't get through to anyone. I have sent emails and messages on their website. Each time a statement is made that someone would contact me in 24 hours. Nothing and as stated I made several phone calls to their local number and the 844 number. The local number you cannot leave a message as it states the mailbox is full. The 844 number only allows me to leave a message. Well today after making numerous calls and emails, I actually was told by the automated system that a "Customer Service Person" would soon be with me. Well low and behold, I actually was able to speak to a live person "Peter" and was able to explain my issue and that I was not able to speak to anyone until now, and a number of inquires that remained unanswered. Peter asks for my order information and contact name and number. He was going to check with the shipping department and I should get an answer within 24 hours. He goes on further to tell me that he is there only to take messages, even though the auto service stated I would be speaking to a customer service person! I doubt it seriously that I will hear from anyone within 24 hours. With this said, if I do not hear from anyone, I will reach out to my credit card company to request a full refund. Not a good impression on a first time customer. Definitely buyer be ware, not very good customer service, in fact NO customer service is the better description. read more

THE ULTIMATE "BROTHER-MAN" STORE (Downtown Atlanta) This shop is located in the heart of Atlanta close to the infamous Metro Mall. So if you are brave enough to walk into the zone, this store becomes the ultimate reward. Brother-man stores is how I tend to refer to stores that cater to the urban male with unmistakeable swag. There are no polyester pimp suits here, but you will find a pink fur jacket for your man if he is adventurous with his fashion. This store is for every male because they have some conservative suits and suits that are a bit more swagalicious. When it comes to men's fashion, my son is very open and he looks great in EVERYTHING, so we could play in this store all day! The suits here are made of wool and silk and wool combinations and are therefore high quality and priced accordingly. Yes, you will pay for these suits, but every man deserves to have that one special suit that fits him impeccably and makes him feel like a million bucks. I absolutely love the old school suits with new school swag and they have a very nice selection. My son is obsessed with the idea of a three-piece suit but they are a bit difficult to find especially with his particular body type. Let's face it, you won't find a "gangsta suit" in the burbs. The primary contact in this store is a young guy. However, he is probably that guy who has been hanging around the store with his dad and uncles since he was 3 years old. He was very knowledgeable about suits, in terms of fit, tailoring and quality. He actually listened to the specifics regarding my son and his typical style of dress. It was so refreshing to see that we were on the same page and had a "meeting of the minds" in regards to available options. He really needs to complete a workshop for some of the Men's Warehouse employees because they just don't seem to have the requisite knowledge and experience needed to fully assist customers. Along with that sharp suit, you need a nice pair of shoes. The shoes went from conservative to outrageous but in a fun and cool way. The shoes were varied in styles and color: red, white, yellow, orange, blue, black/white, brown/tan and more. You can get a square toe, round toe, pointed toe, and of course they came in various leathers. I strongly believe that men should have more than just black, brown and burgundy shoes. BORING! So men, if you are ready to shake things up a bit, this is the store for you. I have come to realize that some things just never change. Back in the day when you wanted great quality and service, you had to go "downtown" and that seems to still apply today.
