She came to the house while we were still packing and it was full of boxes and clutter. It was really hard to even imagine how we could make it look perfect for appealing to buyers at first sight. Beth's talented designer eyes saw the possibilities in the first 5 minutes. She walked through the house letting us know what furniture and accessories to keep and what to pack away. If you order ahead of time, you will have a great selection, so jump as soon as you have your date nailed down! The person I worked with on the order was mostly helpful, but did not answer one specific question that I kept asking about matching items. The delivery men were really nice. They brought the items to the two different locations inside our office as we requested. I was disappointed that the tables were FAR more used than the pictures appeared. We were so disappointed in them that we didn't even use them, but we did not have time to call to get alternatives (and I doubt there were any at that point anyway). I was shocked to find that they wanted to pick up the items that we rented pretty much the minute our event ended. We obliged since we figured that would help get the crowd moving and realize that the party was over. Again, the gentlemen were kind in the process. We ended up using two companies and I will say that the items from both were more "tired" than expected, so I think they should let clients know that ahead of time. Update: I was given a refund on the tables we were unable to use, which tells me that they care about customer service.
