The Best Staging in Austin! I called Jackie and 5 days…read morelater my house was staged. I wanted to list asap and she managed to squeeze me in between other clients. I told her the look I was going for and she delivered way above my expectations. My house was absolutely stunning. I had 5 offers way above asking and was under contract within a week of listing the house!!! She understood the neighborhood and the people who would want to live there. Her advise on which rooms to stage and which to leave empty was spot on. She adds so many extra details to each room that other stagers just don't do. Staging a house makes ALL the difference when selling a home. Jackie is much more than a home stager, she is clearly a professional interior designer. And Jaya Home staging is the only stager I'll ever use in Austin.

I've worked with Page on several different construction projects in the past few years and she is…read moreas good as they get in the design department. Not only does she have a phenomenal eye for material selections, but I think her greatest asset is in her outside-the-box design skills. The floor plans she came up with for the remodels we did were phenomenal. She saw things in her head that other designers didn't and the finished product results of her work were nothing short of amazing. Page is knowledgable, responsive and she was a huge asset to us during the crisis the city experienced with issuing permits. We couldn't have done the work we did during that time without her. The fact that Page is always so pleasant certainly adds to the joy of working with her.

We are having to delay our remodeling project till next year, so I will update this review with…read moremore info when we move forward, but Teamwork Home Designs already deserves a resounding 5 Stars, and is absolutely who we would want to move forward with. Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

With a long-term renter moving…read moreout, the place required a complete refresh so that it could once again be listed as a fully designed and furnished rental. We needed somebody who could be on site and make decisions with little direct guidance. Denise did the design, the required budgeting, and the planning work upfront to make sure all the required materials would be ready. Then, being the one-stop-shop she is, Denise and her team were able to supervise the clean-up, do the required touch up of paint and such, assemble new furniture pieces, and provide and install all the original art needed to make the place a show stopper. We were super satisfied with the results and feel only an approach like Denise's could have got this done on time and on budget!

I had a light remodel done by Komal and her team back in 2017. The project was a little bumpy (the…read morebacksplash Komal chose was very tricky to install and her tile guy didn't really know how to do it). Anyway, it's now 5 years on and I needed to add some window blinds and wanted to match the products Komal selected. I emailed her multiple times and received no responses, I tried the manufacturer but unfortunately it's one of those "call your dealer," type places. The stickers that might have had the info we're all sunbleached and unreadable. I finally gave up and ordered something that doesn't match. Not how I imagined this would work when I hired an expensive designer. Also, we just discovered Komal's contractors who installed our sink/kitchen faucet didn't cut out sufficient space for the faucet collet. So now the whole thing has come loose and is falling over, I paid Stand Brothers to find out that they can't fix it until I hire someone to cut into the drywall and open up the correct space. Frustrating. I didn't think I was paying for cheap work but here we are.

I'm fairly artistic, but I struggle with interior decorating to the point that a former Realtor…read moretold me that my house looked like a man lived there. I'm assuming she meant a utilitarian, straight man who still had his college furniture. On the bright side, I'm not constantly redecorating, and my husband is happy. So we finally decided that our house needed some color besides the neutral brown/beige tones bestowed upon us by our manly builder and our love of natural woods and leather accents. The only problem was that, having the decorating knowledge equivalent to two men, and the budget equivalent to a couple with two expensive children, we hesitated every time it came to decisions. I ran across a Groupon awhile back for a color consultation from Spaces Designed, and I decided to call in a professional. The young woman who showed up with swatches and color strips was calm, professional, and kinder than my Realtor had been, by far (maybe it helped to have long since given away my college furniture?). She asked me questions about what colors and styles I like and don't like, and then she confidently whipped out her tools like a magic wand and laid out a color plan for me. Within an hour, I had designer colors for my pseudo man-cave that actually made me happy, because they weren't brown or freaky pink or any other risky colors that scare me. They were an array of muted grey-greens. I hesitated a bit when the painter was working, because I wasn't used to color on my walls, but I bit my tongue. And when it was all done and everything was put back where it belonged, my house was beautiful. I know this, because several of my female friends with actual decorating talent told me so, and rather convincingly at that. So if you're ready for a change, even you don't have the budget or the stomach for a total remodel, you might want to check them out for something as simple as a color consultation. I know they do a lot more than this, and if I have the budget in the future, I'd give them a call again.

We worked with Suzanna to remodel our master bathroom/closet and guest bathroom in our small house…read morelate last year to create a better use of space when we learned we had a baby on the way. I couldn't have imagined a better experience and nearly one year later, I still love every single detail of our new rooms! We had actually worked with two different designers in the past for our home (a family connection who was based in San Antonio and gave a shot at one of those online services too), but unfortunately had very poor experiences so we were incredibly cautious as we explored who we wanted to work with for an investment like a remodel with a tight timeframe. We filled out a short intake questionnaire and put together a Pinterest board with style ideas and were blown away by how quickly she nailed our design aesthetic and knew exactly what we needed to do with the space. What I love most about Suzanna is that while she's an incredibly talented designer, she also works like an architect and was able to reconfigure a small space for us to maximize every square inch to somehow make our small room feel double to size and meet every functional need. Suzanna works by an hourly rate and I was very surprised how quickly she works and efficient she is with her time. She also includes you in as much or as little of the design process as you like. I wanted to be a part of everything because I wanted to learn, but I would have trusted her to make every decision without me there - and that is saying something since I'm very picky and have a very specific way I like things to look! I could not have dreamed a better experience in working with Suzanna. In fact, we are more open-minded for the next house we buy because we know we can use her to help us update it and make it our own! We can't wait to work with her again!
