Poor service in Lubbock TX and Telluride CO. They leave the packages by the road instead of by the gate, 10 foot difference. They are unable to use provided code to come to house and they say they have delivered to a location at a very specific time when I have been there with front and back doors standing wide open, still no package! Occasionally a driver gets it right but the very next day back to their old tricks which also includes dropping off at an auto parts store several minutes away from my home. It is frustrating when you pay for expedited service and they repost delivery to the next day sometimes for 3 days read more

Really a zero would be gracious to this company as a whole. I received notice that a package was left at my garage while we were out side working in the yard. Odd, I don't have a garage and didn't see anyone enter our property. the package is very large. I made every attempt to contact someone to get the drivers attention ended up talking / arguing with a computer for over an hour with no resolve. finally after digging and digging, I got a call center in a foreign country that I could barely understand and who was clearly reading a teleprompter with no real solution. This experience was absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Here we are two days later and dozens of phone calls later, I have still not talked to a person who even acts like they even remotely care in the least. UPS as a whole need to make some serious changes. read more

Well, as far as I'm concerned it's just another example of poor or completely lack of customer service provided by UPS. I spent 10 or 15 minutes online trying to get some support. I had to give my first name, last name, phone #, email address, customer account #, tracking #, description of problem, and probably something else I've forgotten about. All this information and time spent and still absolutely zero customer support. This is now the third day I've been waiting for UPS to pick up my package, and still no pickup or customer service. We pay for overnight next day service to Dallas and UPS can only get it there that way about half the time. Either you don't show up to pick up the package when you're supposed to, or if by some miracle you do, it might take 2 or even 3 days to be delivered. I don't know how you manage to stay in business with such poor service. Is it any wonder your internet customer satisfaction rating is 1 star out of 5? It's probably only that "high" because your customers were not allowed to give you zero stars. read more

UPS has now become a total JOKE! They claim no responsibility for the deliver process and state that they apologize for the lack of organization in the corporation. That the logistical system they have is flawed and they don't actually know if items will be delivered the day they state. That there notification text and email service is not a functional or able to give correct feedback. If given the option of what delivery company you can use I would suggest FEDEX OR EVEN US POST OFFICE OVER UPS. UPS IS HORRIBLE! read more

wow if i could rate this local ups hub in lubbock texas a negative star i would rate them -10. there has got to be a big problem with a company that wont even give you a local number to resolve issues about their carriers. we are having continual problems with carriers and there is no one to notify. ups services are only as good as the carriers responsible for putting the packages on your porch. if the organization doesn't even have enough respect and care for their carriers as to not even provide them with air conditioned vehicles in summer something is dreadfully wrong with their corporate administration. corporate greed in its ugliest form and we the public are having to pay for the consequences. currently the only number to contact is the national 1800 number where you never get anything done. we are at the mercy of carriers that are taking their frustrations out on the general public. the corporate number is 404 828 6000. if you are have the same issues perhaps if enough people call something will get done. read more

There driver said he tried to deliver a package to my house at 10:27 and this was a lie no one came to my house and no yellow tag was left.
