    If I could give less than one star, I would. My package has been "out for delivery" and then delayed due to "severe weather conditions" since the 29th. It's a delicate custom package that I am worried about losing or being stolen. To make things worse, UPS still expects you to pay if you want to go pick up your package despite the fact that this is all due to their incompetence. The excuse of severe weather delay no longer works and it's gettting out of hand now. Deliver my package or offer full compensation! Edit: I wanted to add that it is impossible to get through to anyone on customer service Edit: finally delivered

    I went to the distribution center since I am having the same issues with a package as the rest of the recent people leaving reviews. The customer center closed in August 2024 so there is no representative to assist. I spoke with a driver in the parking lot who said they are backed up from the snow and not making deliveries at night/when freezing to avoid ice. He said there was no one who could find my package for me that has been there for a week. He the said to be patient and just wait for the package to come. He had no explanation why it was out for delivery three of the 5 days it's been at their facility. I also called the help line to the call center (India) who said a local number would call in 60-90 minutes and no one called me so I called back and finally they said someone local would call in 45 minutes and I never received a call back. Pretty epic failure by UPS to maintain delivery standards more than a week and a half after a storm where all roads are now plowed and passable.

    I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for almost a week. I have received several updates saying my package is out for delivery and messages saying that my packages will still be delivered that day just a little late. And this has gone on for 3 days. Each day it showed that the package was loaded onto the delivery vehicle. I called ups and was told my package would be delivered and how many stops the driver had before me, never any delivery. After the third day of calling and complaining I was told I would receive a call about my package. When I finally received the call I was told that package was told lie after lie. I was told that my package was still on its way, that my package might be still in the shipping container on the yard and that it wasn't delivered because the driver may have been called back to the yard because of the bad weather conditions or something else. All of this after the tracker has shown my package out for delivery three consecutive days. And when the person is caught in her lies she gets smart and doesn't want to give her name. Very unprofessional to say the least. Shortly after getting off the phone my tracker said no estimated delivery date and then back to saying it's on the way. But she told me she didn't know where I was getting my tracking information from. And this package contains important things for my mom's funeral on Saturday.

    i'm having the worst experience ever as far as a delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered 4 business days UPS keep rerouting my package back to the warehouse saying weather conditions. I've been tracking the driver. He's been in my neighborhood three times and never delivered my package at this point I think stole my package every time they just keep saying we ensure your package will be delivered, but it has failed to be delivered. now my package is saying it will be delivered today, but on my UPS app it has NOT been scanned at the warehouse.

    Terrible they came to delivered and never knocked or rang the bell but left a notice saying they attempted delivery and we where home.

I received a call back from who I believe is the owner or manager over the phone he asked me to send pictures which I did. i explained I need this transaction to be no more than $1000.00 and I was assured by him it wouldn't be more than $1500. I explained that if we needed to remove some items to keep the cost low we would be willing to do so. Knowing my budget was of great concern he explained once he had eyes on the items at the storage facility he would give a more accurate price quote. He then told that There was a shipment going out in two days and he would like to have my items on that ship. My initial response was that is such short notice I don't think I can do that. His response was he would give me a 10% discount if I were to make that shipping date. I then agreed to have my items ready for pick up on that Sunday Sept. 14th (we were on the call that Friday evening Sept. 12th). I was able to scramble and arrange to have my items ready for this two day notice pickup. They came to pick up the items however the representative was not there to confirm the cost as I did not receive a call from him as he promised. He purposely was not there so he did not want to give me a price. If he had quoted me $2869 of course I would have said NO and went with a different company. He waited till they had my items in their possession. This is when all the foolishness took place. I received a call on Monday from the office stating that my invoice was ready and they had sent pictures of the items wrapped up on pallets. To my utter disbelief the invoice was $2869. I told the woman on the phone That is not what we spoke about on the phone, your rep. said it would be no more than $1500. She said no and that if I wanted I could pay the rest in two weeks. I told her I don't have that all I have is $1500 and she said she would take that payment. I didn't understand what was happening so I reluctantly agreed. This company is trying to extort me by holding the items and demanding more money than what was originally discussed. I was taken advantage of me they knew I had a budget but still tried to squeeze money out of me. They are current holding my items hostage at the shipping yard in Jamaica 10/8.

I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

    I was in a serious debacle trying to wash clothes in my own building that I had to google this…read moreplace because I wanted to try it specifically. From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

    I went to this UPS Store this morning to get a document notarized. The employee was initially able…read moreto notarize the document, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to the State of Maryland office to get the document certified/apostilled, the state employee informed me that the notarization was done incorrectly because the notary stamp listed Howard County even though the notarization took place in Prince George's County at the Greenbelt UPS Store. I was told I needed to return to the notary for it to be corrected, so I went back to the store to clarify the issue. Instead of trying to understand the concern or calmly explain the situation, the employee became defensive, hostile, and dismissive while I was simply asking questions to better understand what happened. As a customer, I was genuinely confused and trying to understand who was correct, the Maryland state employee or the UPS employee/notary, but the employee's attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. He became combative when I started asking questions to better understand the situation, and as a woman I immediately began to feel unsafe and uncomfortable around this employee because of his tone, attitude, and overall behavior. There was no professionalism, no attempt to de-escalate, and no customer service whatsoever. The tone was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational from the moment I asked questions about the issue. I even attempted to calm the conversation down myself, but it became difficult and I ultimately had to leave the store without any resolution. I will absolutely not be returning to this UPS Store or any UPS Store again. Please train your employees and managers better on customer service, de-escalation, and how to communicate respectfully with customers who are simply trying to resolve an issue.

I went to ship a package to a family member. It was quick and easy. There is ample parking in front as it's located in a large plaza. I would recommend this UPS for your shipping needs.
