    I live at the bottom in Vancouver WA, and they sent my shit 137 miles North. Fuck UPS.

    My package is supposed to come be delivered Friday, and surprise, surprise... UPS passed my apartment again, driving 137 miles north of me, just so they can hand it off to my local USPS (POST OFFICE) for delivery. I don't give two flying fucks that it saves them money doing it this way, I want UPS to deliver my package directly to me!!! This new thing they do just wastes my time, and my packages are never delivered when they are supposed to be. Instead of my packages being delivered on my days off, I now have to wait until one of my work days to have it get delivered, and hopefully not stolen off my porch! DEAR UPS: STOP SLEEPING WITH THE POST OFFICE TO SAVE MONEY!!!! Why the fuck do I pay extra in shipping, if the cheaper alternative (that ALWAYS fucks up my package deliveries) is just gonna deliver it to me in the end??? Makes no fucking sense!

    I agree with many of you reluctant to give even a meager one star to this UPS hub. My husband used to work as a DPS/preload manager at a larger Portland Swan Island UPS hub, so I know a little bit of inner workings of UPS distribution center. Loaders never load the delivery trucks one in the morning. My husband needed all the incoming trucks/trains information first before he made all the loading plans for 70 plus delivery trucks in his route (Skyline). Therefore, loading can't start till much later in the morning. They load the trucks in time for the trucks to leave the center around 8:30 am. Once the packages loaded in the truck, they won't go back to the center and reloaded next day. Remember during the Christmas time when we see the brown trucks still delivering in the neighborhood at 8 or 9 in the evening? I had another package got stuck at this Fife hub for 5 days last week according to tracking info. Repeating loaded in the truck, nothing happened, delivery delayed by one day, so on. Then, they dare to say after 5 days they had a wrong street address. Well, I checked with the shipper, and indeed, my street address was wrong (switching numbers). So I paid $6 to change the delivery to the nearest UPS store (I didn't trust this hub anymore of their honesty). Surprise! it was delivered next day. When I had the exact same mistake in my street address a few month ago, FedEx solved the problem on their own without extra fee and delivered the package to my house the next day. Now, my Amazon delivery is stuck in Fife (see the photo). Amazon says my 2-day prime delivery has been so delayed and may be lost, so they're willing to give me a refund. Will see! I am not going to pay $6 to UPS and go along with their playbook. I also wanted to share what the Amazon tracking info says about the shipment. Out for delivery at 1:45 am.....I bet it's too early for even EST. I'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, but I've started wondering what UPS is telling Amazon about their shipment....

    Ups yr drivers are lazy teach them to carry heavy package to door for customer if they are home n not leave out side yr fence. Lazyness

    Our package was delivered down the street to the wrong address. When I discovered yesterday the…read morepackage was delivered by FedEx three days earlier and a photo by FedEx shows the front door area where it was delivered, we could clearly see it was not our home it was delivered to. Yesterday, I drove up and down the streets to see if I could find the front door that matched the front door area in the picture provided by FedEx. Surprisingly! I found the front door down the street. These are neighbors we've known for ten years. The wife showed us a thieving "porch pirate" coming up to their door that same day the package was delivered in the evening in a SUV style or truck with a cab on back of truck and with his face covered, quickly walked up and snatched the package. I have tried to update FedEx since yesterday morning about this information I describe in this posting, and I am stuck in the process by FedEx of waiting for a callback from FedEx after they look into this matter further. I am dismayed that I get this jerk around response from FedEx. All I wanted to do next was have that FedEx delivery person who delivered our package to the wrong address come by me door so I can show him the videos from the home down the street showing how the package was stolen off their front door and, of course, I would like to describe the bullshit we are going through because he did a shitty job with the delivery.     Their drivers consistently say they couldn't deliver my business' packages without ever attempting…read more I can't imagine why any sane person or business would ever use Fed Ex to ship a package. I have never heard one person say anything good about Fed Ex and when I see that my expected package is being shipped with Fed Ex, I know that there are going to be problems. It's crazy to me that Fed Ex is even still in business, so I have to assume the problems are not nation wide but specific to this branch. Unacceptable.
