Our package was delivered down the street to the wrong address. When I discovered yesterday the package was delivered by FedEx three days earlier and a photo by FedEx shows the front door area where it was delivered, we could clearly see it was not our home it was delivered to. Yesterday, I drove up and down the streets to see if I could find the front door that matched the front door area in the picture provided by FedEx. Surprisingly! I found the front door down the street. These are neighbors we've known for ten years. The wife showed us a thieving "porch pirate" coming up to their door that same day the package was delivered in the evening in a SUV style or truck with a cab on back of truck and with his face covered, quickly walked up and snatched the package. I have tried to update FedEx since yesterday morning about this information I describe in this posting, and I am stuck in the process by FedEx of waiting for a callback from FedEx after they look into this matter further. I am dismayed that I get this jerk around response from FedEx. All I wanted to do next was have that FedEx delivery person who delivered our package to the wrong address come by me door so I can show him the videos from the home down the street showing how the package was stolen off their front door and, of course, I would like to describe the bullshit we are going through because he did a shitty job with the delivery. Their drivers consistently say they couldn't deliver my business' packages without ever attempting. I can't imagine why any sane person or business would ever use Fed Ex to ship a package. I have never heard one person say anything good about Fed Ex and when I see that my expected package is being shipped with Fed Ex, I know that there are going to be problems. It's crazy to me that Fed Ex is even still in business, so I have to assume the problems are not nation wide but specific to this branch. Unacceptable. read more

Supposedly received a delivery yesterday at 12:24p. They even took a picture of it. Problem is that is not my house, not my driveway and not my garage door that the large delivery was made too. In fact that is no house anywhere on my street. Even one star is generous, there isn't a rating low enough. They need to fire whatever driver they have working right now because they clearly aren't interested in actually working, they don't do their job. I work very long hours in a physically-taxing, outdoors, public, people-facing job from Monday to Friday, early morning a couple hours before sunrise until after dark late into the night. I come home after 12+ hours to shower, fix myself dinner, and work on my college assignments for 2-3 hours and then go straight to bed to hopefully get at least 5-6 hours of sleep and then wake up early and do it all again the next day until the weekend. I am not here during their delivery hours and have repeatedly told them that, even stating the days and hours I am NOT available. I'm fully aware that I need to sign for the package, yet they continue to tell me that I have to like I'm arguing about it, which I'm not. I would gladly sign for my package... the issue is that I can't if I'm not there or if the delivery person does not actually call, text, or email to let me know to come down and meet them so I can sign for my package - which they DO NOT do! I tried putting my package on a "vacation" hold for the week this past Sunday to make it easy to understand not to try delivering it when I'm not here, yet they ignored it three days in a row and continued to "attempt" delivery regardless. I was sick today and up a couple hours earlier than my usual 5am, so I was going to be home, so I canceled the useless "vacation hold" expecting that I would be notified to come down and receive my package when delivery was attempted again. NOPE! I live in an upper, corner unit on the top floor right near the front door of my apartment building. I am not hard of hearing at all. My phone is not old or busted and was not dead or turned off, I had the ringer and notification sound turned up to maximum, and it's a high quality brand new model that's under a year old. I signed up for ALL of the live notifications regarding my package via text, phone call, AND email. I didn't have the TV on or the radio, or any noise going. None of my neighbors were making noise either. I could hear just fine. I could also see and tend to keep an eye out when I know I'm expecting a delivery. Not only did I not ever today hear anyone knock down at the front door of the building, I never saw the FedEx truck pull up or stop and saw no delivery person trying to deliver any packages. Yet somehow my delivery was marked as "attempted" anyway. Fed up, I called to complain and have the issue corrected. First I was met with a terrible automated system that refused to put me through to a real person and even hung up on me three times. The real people weren't any better when I finally got through (I called three different times to try to resolve my issues with the delivery and the driver who was supposed to be delivering it). They sounded extremely unprofessional (like they were playing games on their computer or laying in bed or on the couch watching something mindless on Netflix, kids screaming in the background. The first two had accents so thick I had to ask them to repeat themselves because I couldn't understand them. The last one was so quiet I was almost asking her to speak up nonstop because I couldn't hear her at all with my phone turned all the way up and on speaker in a dead-quiet apartment. They were all clearly reading off of a script, and when I had to interject to tell them my issue and expected them to listen, I could clearly hear all of them set the phone down away from them and ignore me or slide it under a pillow or blanket - they did not listen at all - I was trying to be as calm and polite as I could be given all I'd been dealing with, and being mistreated and not served as I should have been only escalated things more. Then they would all run me in circles. After I had already told them multiple times over that I cannot received that package tomorrow and it isn't safe for me as a petite and solo woman to attempt picking up the package from a delivery center after dark (the only time I'd be able), when I rely on public transit and would have to sit at various bus stops to get it where I could easily be attacked and robbed because my package is expensive and transit shuts down at 8pm which is generally when I'm just getting home. After being run in circles and hung up on some more, I started trying to get in touch with a supervisor or manager (not something I am at all ever known to do) because I was getting nowhere... only to be refused to be transferred through and told that IF they got back to me it would be almost two weeks from now, AFTER the holidays! I was supposed to have this package the end of last week or beginning of this one, it's almost a week late now as it is. It's also expensive and very important to my schooling and I need it ASAP. What happened to Fedex? The driver refuses to call at the front door of the apt building and just says I wasn't home. This has happened several times in the recent past. Then, when he does leave my package, it will be out on the steps close to the sidewalk so anybody can grab it! Same driver, every time. Please correct this. The driver of my parcel named Ilya decided not to drive 10 minutes west of his last location to deliver my parcel which was a special birthday gift for an elderly friend who is sick. Ilya turned off his GPS system at that point and lied about the weather conditions which are clear, warm and sunny--he claimed that there was a weather delay which is BS. AWFUL service, the package has already been delayed by a day and now this! I am in the Tacoma, WA area. read more

I was home all afternoon expecting the promised delivery. I have a clear view of the yard and parking area. The bathroom is near the front door. My car is parked out front. NO FEDEX TRUCK SHOWED UP HERE AT 3:05 WHICH IS THE TIME REPORTED BY THE DRIVER! This is two times in a row that this has happened. I get multiple deliveries most months and have for years. They "attempted delivery" to our business two days in a row- at 3:50 am. The third attempt was a day and time we were open, they did not attempt any kind of delivery. Package disappeared for 2 weeks, then was returned to shipper. Customer service said they saw my point about delivering at that time but couldn't help me. Thankfully the shipper was very understanding and reshipped through USPS. While awaiting another package, tracking showed "attempted delivery" at 1:00 pm. We got this info at 11:00 am. So they apparently time-traveled and we were closed...? We ship a lot, but will now be relying on UPS/USPS basically anyone other than Fed Ex. read more

I was expecting a delivery this morning. First of all, they told me it was expected to be delivered between 1020-1420. Gee, thanks. Secondly, they offered no accommodations for alternate delivery options: couldn't have it left at the door, couldn't have a neighbor sign, couldn't have the pkg held for pick-up at the distribution facility. (Why not at least allow me to choose my own timeblock for delivery?). So I stayed home... At 1018, I received an email notice that delivery was attempted. They left a tag on my gate and drove off. I was home!! No attempt was made to reach out and contact me. Oh, but don't worry, they'll "just try again tomorrow". No, I don't think so. I called customer service and the computer hung up on me when I said no one would be home tomorrow. I called back and kept saying "Customer Service" until the CPU patched me through to a live person. The Rep I spoke to was kind and helpful, and said I could pick the package up after 1730. Why wasn't that option just made available from the beginning? I haven't had much experience with FedEx (maybe 3 or 4 times in a 20yr span) but each experience has been comparable to this one - these guys really are the best advertisement for UPS. read more

In fact, what they did was go to the back gate where no delivery drivers can ever access and leave a sticker there. That's all. I live on the 4th floor. I paid extra for 2 day shipping for a medication that I take. The driver stated that he attempted to deliver my package twice which is not at all true. My Ring camera proves that no delivery attempt was made yesterday or today and I have been home, waiting for my meds, for two days. What's the point of paying for expedited shipping if the delivery driver won't actually deliver my package when he/she is supposed to? Sure, I can drive 45 minutes , one way, to pick up my meds but again, why am I paying for expedited delivery if I have to then spend my time and money to go and pick up my packages? So frustrating! And forget about getting in touch with an actual human at this location to provide feedback. There's no local phone number! I've had increasing problems with FedEx holding packages in Troutdale, OR and Tacoma, WA for days and days and days. You are not allowed to get an address to pick up your package as packages are in warehouse, but no one can guarantee when delivery will happen. FexEx will update the daily trackers to tell you 'tomorrow', so you sit and wait another day and another day and another day. Well, this time, I had a package sent from Nevada, clearly in Styrofoam, clearly stating that it was packed in dry ice [perishable food items]. It had a 48 hour delivery timeframe, to ensure the food items would remain frozen and the dry ice would still be intact. It was held up in Oregon for 48 hours, then in Tacoma for another 24 hours and when it arrived on the 5th day, the dry ice was gone and all of the food was melted and ruined. The sender agreed to eat the loss and send me another package at their own expense. This order originally cost over $250. FedEx merely states that they cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, as they are experiencing high volume, staffing issues, and warehouse over-crowding. They are now getting to be worse then UPS, which I never thought would be possible. read more

I have had the extreme fortune of using them 4 times in the last 6 months, only to be hassled, treated like crap by staff members at their locations, and having my package deliveries delayed multiple days with no apology or understanding. I was sitting at home today and got a notification that I "wasn't home" so my package couldn't be delivered. Clearly the driver was too lazy to do his job. When I called they said that they will try to deliver as soon as possible but might need another day? I've been waiting 3 extra days because of you, not me and now you want one more day? I wish to thank the FedEx men who faithfully deliver to my home ,every month. I order 200+ pounds of cat food, from Chewy. It comes on time and in good condition. It is very heavy.Three years ago we adopted 20+ feral cats. With help from from others we were able to have them trapped, neutered and spayed. They live here (outdoors) and I used to have to go to the store, pick up the food and load it into a grocery cart, into my car and then into my home. It was exhausting and really hurt my back. Sometimes it took me a day and aspirins to recover. I am so appreciative of these men and Fedex. I am also thankful for Chewy and will post a separate review for Chewy. This is regarding the delivery drivers! We just had a FedEx employee throw our box over our 6 foot fence! This isn't the first time! When the employee was walking back to her truck I knocked on my upstairs window and asked if she just tossed the box over the fence?? She yelled up at me saying "Whatever, have a nice F******** day" as she got into her truck. I'm very upset that my merchandise is treated like this. Back in December one of your employees literally dropped a 60lb package in front of my front door filled with expensive Christmas villages that were ceramic. Updated to say the not delivered would be delivered the next business day.... 3 business days later still no update or package. I call in and get "We put it on the wrong route.... So it's still in the Tacoma Facility, but it's not lost" How much time does it take to take a package from one truck and put it on another? If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I had to drive all the way to Fife from Bremerton during rush hour traffic because the customer service lady said since we missed them they would have our package there. Turns out, they have a guy who takes his truck home at night? Probably thousands of dollars worth of packages just sitting in this guys driveway. The recipient was called to ask for delivery instructions. He gave them. They said that he didn't. Which is a complete lie. Escalation didn't amount to anything. If I could give no stars, I would not hesitate to. The absolute worst customer service, no kind of procedure to follow and somehow the only person who is able to help is always "out for the day." It's been FIVE days since my package was supposedly "delivered" and my case has had no new updates since had called initially the day it was supposed to be at my apartment. Wow, the worst customer service I've experienced, maybe ever. I arrived to an empty lobby, and waited several minutes for anyone to come to the desk. Cynthia M. Swift eventually came out, looked at me like I was nothing more than an inconvenience and mumbled "what do you want?". I said I needed to send a package to Quebec and she looked even more put off. After typing for a few minutes she had to take several minutes in the back before coming back. "Next time no duct tape" she said in a scolding voice. She curtly and flatly asked me questions about the package and address, giving one word commands instead of politely asking when letting me know what do next. I just about took my package and left. I will never use this company again, there are many shipping options out there for consumers to choose from these days, and Cynthia just helped me make my choice. School is delayed by a year, thanks fedex. I was applying for an annual program out of TCC. I brought Fedex my application on 3/11, they attempted delivery ONE TIME on 3/16. They didn't make me aware of the failed delivery until 4/14, a MONTH later. Application due date? 3/20. They had so long to contact me and tell me what happened. Program heads made me aware that they received multiple applications via Fedex no problem. The manager was conveniently off site the day I went in, they were "on vacation". Staff was little to no help, took forever to get them to spit out any info about what happened. Apparently the delivery driver told them the building was inaccessible "due to COVID". Sweet, didn't seem very inaccessible for your coworkers that delivered multiple packages to the same address? But yeah let's act like that makes sense. Also, why not try to deliver the package maybe more than once during the month you had it? And going along with that same thought process, maybe contact the sender sooner than a month after you failed to deliver their package? No, that doesn't make sense either. I was told per their protocol they contact the recipient first. Guess what, they did and the recipient didn't reply. So again, why take a month to contact the sender? It's a sure thing this will be the last time I use Fedex. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau (surprise they're not accredited). Also, got on the phone with customer service to try and get contact info for the store manager.. and in their exact words "absolutely not" I would strongly recommend to "absolutely not" come here read more

Guess the driver forgot? I could understand if this were an isolated incident, but they are literally 4 for 4.
