I was scrambling last minute to find a place to print 150 brochures, and PostaAnnex came through for me. Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. They went above and beyond and I will ONLY be going here from now on. I cannot recommend them enough and so thankful I found them!

One of the last stops before being delivered to the store was in this location. I placed an order earlyish November and said it'd arrive around thanksgiving. Nope. Stuck in transit. I contacted Walgreens after 2ish weeks being stuck in transit and they were going to send it again. Supposed to come yesterday December 18. Nope. Stuck in this location again for a WEEK. I called the number and the guy claimed they couldn't do anything because my tracking number doesn't start with 1Z and to call Walgreens (even though I gave him the tracking number from the UPS tracking site). Fucking bullshit.

We've been waiting on a package that requires a signature (we didn't know what day it would come)…read more They attempted delivery and we missed them by 5 minutes. We knew because we belatedly saw them on the doorbell cam. No tag was left, so we wouldn't have had any way of knowing without the camera. We figured they'd be attempting delivery again the next day, so we stayed home. No one came that day or the next. Another day passed before we got a call notifying us we had to pick it up at this location. When we picked it up, we were told the driver had attempted delivery three times, and there were three stickers on the package suggesting three attempts. Our doorbell camera did not record any other attempts, and no tags were ever left on the door. Did the driver just pretend to deliver and then log fake attempts? It would have been preferable to just go pick it up immediately, but we wouldn't have known where to go until they called. The person at the desk was really nice, and they were able to locate the package, so that was a plus. Other reviews I've seen suggest fake deliveries are common with this location, though. Not cool!!

Our package was delivered down the street to the wrong address. When I discovered yesterday the…read morepackage was delivered by FedEx three days earlier and a photo by FedEx shows the front door area where it was delivered, we could clearly see it was not our home it was delivered to. Yesterday, I drove up and down the streets to see if I could find the front door that matched the front door area in the picture provided by FedEx. Surprisingly! I found the front door down the street. These are neighbors we've known for ten years. The wife showed us a thieving "porch pirate" coming up to their door that same day the package was delivered in the evening in a SUV style or truck with a cab on back of truck and with his face covered, quickly walked up and snatched the package. I have tried to update FedEx since yesterday morning about this information I describe in this posting, and I am stuck in the process by FedEx of waiting for a callback from FedEx after they look into this matter further. I am dismayed that I get this jerk around response from FedEx. All I wanted to do next was have that FedEx delivery person who delivered our package to the wrong address come by me door so I can show him the videos from the home down the street showing how the package was stolen off their front door and, of course, I would like to describe the bullshit we are going through because he did a shitty job with the delivery.
