We stayed in the Junior Suite, and it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Right across the street is an antique and merchandise marketplace that's definitely worth visiting if you enjoy unique finds and vintage pieces. The hotel also has several restaurants onsite, which makes dining very convenient, though there are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance if you're looking for more affordable options. The pool area was nice, although a bit small considering how many guests the hotel accommodates. Still, the overall atmosphere and vibe of the property made up for it. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the most fascinating parts of this hotel is the history surrounding it. I didn't personally get to see them, but there are said to be nearly 20 miles of catacombs beneath the hotel. Riverside itself has a deep and interesting past, and if you enjoy haunted history and spooky storytelling, this place adds another layer of intrigue. Many people say the hotel is haunted, so it's worth researching before your visit if that interests you. Also nearby is Mount Rubidoux, which is absolutely worth visiting for the views and history. If you enjoy local legends and historical stories, look into the history of the priest connected to the cross placed at the top of the mountain in remembrance. It adds even more character to the area. Overall, this is a beautiful historic destination with plenty to see, explore, and experience around Riverside.

I just had the most relaxing reset at Salt Oasis and I'm honestly still glowing…read more From the moment I walked in, the whole space felt so calming and cozy--like an instant escape from the chaos of everyday life The salt cave was my favorite part it literally felt like a warm hug. The atmosphere is so peaceful, and you can actually feel your body slow down and relax I also tried the breathing chair and I'm OBSESSED it helped me slow my breathing down and I walked out feeling calmer, clearer, and more energized all at once I ended my visit with a sound bath which was the perfect way to fully reset my mind, body, and soul If you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or just need a moment for yourself... I can't recommend this enough ‍ 10/10 experience--this is your sign to romanticize your wellness era

Customer service. We came in early for our appointment as a couple. We were scheduled for the…read moreoxygen chairs and then the salt cave. Everything was fine until the salt cave. They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

Well in middle-age, floating has been a necessary and therapeutic service that allows me to continue to stay active, reduce stress, and recover. Upon my last visit, I was informed of the new contrast service. I have never cold plunged before. I regularly utilize the cryo tank at least 4 times a year, so I thought why not? I was a little nervous, but the contrast room has the perfect aesthetic, and the combination of the dry sauna and cold plunge was AMAZING! The cold plunge is not for the faint at heart, but after researching the many benefits, well worth it! After my session, I immediately felt the differences. My body is still reaping the benefits well in 48 hours. I floated first, then did the contrast. For me, my dream recovery and refocus services for mind, body, and spirit! Great job, Float State! My only small disappointment, I miss the old staff and their genuine rapport and personalities. When I came in, they new my name and I felt like family. Now, I just feel like a number. No one is rude or unpleasant, their body language and conversation is just low effort. There are a couple of individuals I know by name, but the enthusiasm isn't the same. Like I said, this is relatively small and by no means takes away from the experience.

Alright, a year into my membership, I think it is time to write my review…read more Over the last 12 months, and a few prior to that without the membership, I have received nothing shy of amazing service. Whether it's for a facial, a micro dermabrasion, or a massage, I always leave thrilled with my visit and ready to come back. First let's talk facials: not only do they do an excellent job of caring for your skin, but the aestheticians here also recommend future care to your skin and will talk you through your home skin care routine to help make improvements not just on the table, but on your own time between sessions as well. In the last year I have noticed my skin (with every other month facials and the changes I've made to my home routine) is now more plump, more hydrated, and I almost never break out in acne. The people at my work tell me I come to work glowing everyday and I almost never wear makeup anymore! Now for the MASSAGES. I have had a number of massages from a few of the masseuses here, all great and do a good job of listening to what you need. I do need to take the time here however to shine the light on the best masseuseI have ever had. Hats off to Manny! Never before have I had a massage from someone who caters so much to my needs and keeps the entire experience enjoyable. He has magic hands, I swear by it. Being someone with a previous back surgery, it is hard to find someone who takes into consideration what that might mean for the client, and does a good job asking questions in order to become familiar and comfortable with the hardware in my back. So for that, I am extremely thankful. Second off, my shoulders. My shoulders have been a problem area since I was 12, I have never been able to get the knots out completely and they usually cause subsequent back and neck pain. Anytime I see Manny, I leave with new shoulders. I am loose, I have better mobility, and any pain I came in with is melted away-- I always cannot wait to come back. I cannot rave enough about him! The atmosphere is light-hearted and relaxing, like talking with an old friend-- but also being massaged! I will forever be his client. Furthermore, the front desk staff is always (and I mean ALWAYS) sweet, kind, helpful, and pleasant. You walk in and feel not just important, but almost like family... or maybe I'm just very sentimental. I love seeing their faces and their beautiful smiles! They've never failed to offer refreshments or the tranquility room before a session. Massage Envy- Central, thank you all and thanks for the excellent service!
