I've been coming to get my hair done by Britain since 2016. I followed her from her old salon and still make the drive out from Orange County to come see her. Prior to coming to her, I've really only had experiences with box dyes. Once she did her magic on my hair, I have never looked back! She always does an amazing job in doing my balayages and ombres. She knows exactly how I like my hair done and is truly an expert in what she does. She's extremely personable so my day with her goes by super fast when I'm here. I always recommend her to my friends and all the firl have gotten their hair done by her, have all had a great experience as well. If you're in the area or even close by, I definitely recommend you check her out! You definitely will fall in love with your hair! read more

Kim is seriously the best! I have found my stylist and I'm ecstatic! I've gone to numerous salons trying to get a certain look and I've never liked the outcome. Kim was amazing and she executed my idea perfectly! She is so fun and was so excited to see the outcome you can truly tell she loves what she does. The salon itself is very nice and everyone is very friendly and welcoming which is a huge bonus. UPDATE: still the best place in Riverside. I highly recommend Kim she's the best. read more

My wife has been having Leslie do her hair for years, so I gave her a shot at mine. One word; Awesome! She is great, doesn't take an overly long amount of time to justify an overpriced, underperformed job. Leslie gets right to it and in no time I had an awesome haircut. I mean I'm far from being a male model and I don't have model hair, but when she finished I believe my wife loved me a little bit more... and quite possibly found me just a little more attractive. If you're bouncing between hairstylists or going to a place that tries to overcome bad haircuts with hot towels and bad massages or a revolving door of stylists, stop! Call Leslie and you'll thank me for it. And for you ladies out there, my wife gets a plus to her 10 every time she goes! read more

My favorite hair stylist works 45 minutes from where I live. I used to have the time to drive out to her every 3 months to get my hair done, but I just can't pull that off anymore, so I was in the market for a new stylist. I saw Britain on Instagram and was happy to discover that she was local to me in Riverside. I messaged her and made an appointment. I'm not going to lie, I was a little uncertain because I've been going to my other stylist for so long. Plus, I'm in a lot of pictures for work, so I need to look really good all the time. Britain immediately put me at ease and helped me figure out what style would best suit the look I was going for. I have loved my hairstyle every time I've left her chair and felt better informed on how to maintain my style. I've had two cuts from her now and will be getting my hair colored in September, which I am so excited about! She's warm, funny, and so practical when explaining how to style my hair because I desperately needed tips on maintaining my now longer do. I'm happy to say that I now have a new favorite hair stylist! Thank you, Britain! read more

The relationship between a woman and her hairdresser is serious, SERIOUS business. Ginna has been my hairdresser for the past 17 years (yup, that's a LONG time...I told you it was serious!). She has seen my hair through the good, the bad, and the ugly, but one thing is for sure...she knows how to make my hair look fabulous! She knows what cuts look best, what colors suit me best, and well...she's dang good at her job. I literally commute all the way from LA because I cannot find anyone else who leaves me feeling confident and happy about my do. Ummm...do you know how long that commute is from LA? About 70 minutes in good traffic. Trust me...I cheated on her a few times (I confessed my transgressions and she forgave me), but I was never happy with the end result when I went to these other places. With Ginna, I am always confident that my hair will look amazing. I get compliments for my hair every time I get it retouched (and I'm not even exaggerating). I trust her with my hair and I think you should trust her with yours, too. I hope she never retires, otherwise I'll be screwed. Oh...and did I mention that she gives me tips on what hair products/tools to use for my wavy hair? She'll help you with figuring hair issues out (like when she showed me what kinds of products to use for my flyaways, etc.). And her prices are fair for the services she provides. Hip, friendly, and talented...that's Ginna! read more

Cotrena is legit the best ever!!! I had a mishap with my hair as it was black and I wanted to put in some blonde. Cotrena was able to not only fix it but make it gorgeous!!! She got me in as soon as she could and we went to work. She's perfect when it comes to color because she's a firm believer in doing a great job and making her clients feel confident. So I highly recommend her for all your needs!!! read more

Terrible customer service provided by hair dresser (happens to be owner of salon). Scheduled 12:00 appt, took off time from work, drive is greater than 30 minutes, showed up on time for appt. and sat and waited as usual. Normal wait time 5-15 minutes. After no sign of hair dresser for 20-25 minutes, asked if someone could check to make sure she knew I was there. She comes walking out at ~12:25 and says that she bought tacos for her employees and they were all downstairs eating since it was 12:00. She asks me if I'm upset with her and I just said that I did take time off of work to be here and just wanted to make sure that she didn't forget I was there. She proceeded to wash my hair (using much hotter water than usual and not thoroughly washing it). Trying to be considerate of her, and my time as well (since she obviously doesn't think time is money to me), I asked if in the future if I have a noon appt, would she like for me to show up 10 or 15 minutes later so she has time to eat? Apparently it made her very mad that I asked the question. She gets me back to the booth, tries to unsuccessfully comb out my hair (roughly I must add) and asks, "Do you want me to leave your hair wet or dry?" Not knowing what she meant, I said "what do you mean?" She said, "I'm not doing your hair today". Do you want to leave with it like it is, wet, or do you want me to dry it?" At that point, I was so perplexed that I just left, feeling so confused over what just happened and drove home with a wet head and my hair not even combed out. I feel so assaulted, mistreated and abused. I would not recommend this place after the way I was treated. read more
