I wish I could speak to the work quality, but I couldn't even get the work done. I reached out via…read moreYelp for a quote on a move-out clean and received an estimate that seemed ridiculously low, so I was skeptical, but I booked an appointment for two weeks out. The night before the services were scheduled, I hadn't heard any follow up to include the time of arrival or a request for the address, so I reached out to confirm. Adalecia said yes, we were still good. I had asked for the time of arrival and she hadn't given a time, so I replied with the address and again asked for the time I could expect her. This time, she said she had a family emergency come up and had to go out of town, so she wouldn't be able to do the work on Saturday as scheduled. I get it, emergencies happen, but I was already pretty skeptical with the lack of communication before this, so I figure she had just forgotten about it. I asked when we could reschedule and she said "maybe" she'd be back on Monday and "maybe" we could get it done Tuesday or Wednesday. At this point, I was starting to panic, since I'd scheduled my carpet cleaners for Thursday and we had to be completely out of the house by end of week. I patiently waited until Monday and asked if we would be able to do this Tuesday or Wednesday, but I was met with radio silence. I would definitely not trust this company with my home even if I could get someone to actually make and keep an appointment.

We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business

She told us that they would send for our first cleaning 2 people who would work to do a 'deep cleaning'. They ended in sending ONE person and were charged the same as the quote. When one person came, I asked if she was the only person coming and she said yes. So I assumed that we would be charged less. So was shocked when she asked for the original quote amount. The house was not cleaned well. Dirt in the corners etc. Supposedly the baseboards were supposed to be cleaned, which they weren't. She didn't have cleaning products, I had to supply my own. She didn't even clean the front of our fridge! Yet, we were charged the amount that was to pay for 2 people. When I reached out to the owner, I never got a response, which pretty much says it all..... Really feel as though we were conned. Have had other services when living in Seattle that were all superior to this company. Their 'deep cleaning' thing is a total sham, and I am annoyed that I fell for it. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your cleanings.
