I am beyond impressed with her service from start to finish. Paris gave me a quote after I sent her photos with a detailed request within an hour. I asked for a deep clean for a property turn over; it included cleaning of the walls, refrigerator (appliances), walls, blinds, and carpet. I was so impressed that I was able to hold off on a list of things I needed to do to the house a while longer than expected. It feels good to not have to go through an app, it was more personable taking this route. I was able to speak with her and get a feel for her before booking. In addition, she charged a reasonable flat rate. Paris showed up on time, with her own supplies, and even communicated throughout on anything she was unsure of. Thank you Paris! I will definitely reach out again! This is just the beginning!

My basement was beyond cluttered and messy, and I honestly didn't know where to start. I bought a garage storage shelf and some bins, and Paris did the rest. Honestly it was the best ~$200 I spent in a long time. Super reasonable prices and good work. I'd definitely hire Paris again for any household need. I'm posting before and after pics here to show the crazy transformation. Note: the desk with the monitors you still see are because I told her to leave them there; they're going back upstairs soon.

This is my second time hiring a professional cleaning service - and WOW WOW WOW! I'm so impressed…read moreof their professionalism, dedication, customer service and the quality of their work. Most of cleaning services charge by hours. Wellspring charge by square feet, and they won't leave your house until every square foot that you pay for is cleaned (their words, not mine :D) I love how I was able to customize what needed to be cleaned, since my whole house is pretty well maintained most of the time, yet deep-cleaning is so time-consuming and that's why I need professional help, especially for areas where I can't deep clean myself (grout, bathroom tiles...) After a phone consultation with the office manager Linh, I've got an in-home estimate with the lead technician Athena. We walked through the house and I told them what rooms needed to be cleaned, the areas that bother me the most, which are tiles/ grouts. They are good to assure me that they will be cleaned, and wow they delivered the promises. My house was so clean that I forgot to write a review right away, until the mess started to build up again and made me thinking of them :) The day of cleaning, they showed up in uniforms, with equipment- cleaners organized/ labeled so neatly that I only see from Pinterest. The crew began working, and at the end, Athena did a final sign off around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and all items are checked. After I pointed out a few areas that got neglected, they went back to work until all issues are addressed. They didn't leave my house until 7pm that day, till my house was all clean. I'm truly impressed with their dedication and professionalism. Will be a returned customer for sure :)

None of my windows were even touched, my stove was not cleaned, under the beds and couch was not vacuumed or mopped, my shower was not cleaned, the outside of the toilet was left as is, there are still spots on my floor after they mopped, cobwebs on the walls after they dusted. The list goes on. If I knew this is what I would be paying for, I'd just have done the work myself like I typically do. I bought this as a gift for myself to give myself a break from all the cleaning and ended up having to do it all anyway!! I called to let the manager know and she said she will fix it. I will update my review if this happens.

The women paid so much attention to detail and really had to use extra elbow grease in some areas. I was blown away! I call this my team of angels.
