I was so happy because I feared that many other complicated problems that would suggest I had buy a brand new heat pump. Dan also did a thorough cleaning of the filter, coil fins. The freon level was also checked, no leaks. Dan cleared any other issues that may have caused the heater to default, only having to replace the voltage boost capacitor. When we first spoke with the salesperson, we were told that someone named "Insto" would return within a week to complete the remaining work. However, as of today--more than a month later--nothing has been finished. The job site was left incomplete, as you can see in the attached photo, and no one has followed up or contacted us to schedule a proper finish. We've been left completely in the dark and feel abandoned. We trusted this company based on their reputation, but this level of service is unacceptable. We sincerely hope Mr. Furnace sees this and takes action--not just for us, but to ensure other customers don't go through the same frustrating experience.
