My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

I appreciated the timely manner of the estimate and the professionalism, I always do at least 3-4 estimates before scheduling any job, so it'll remain to be seen whether I go with Bright Star, but I always live by the rule to get at least a few estimates for any job over $500. EDIT: I did find their quote to be on the higher side after getting a comparing estimate, but it could have just been this particular job.

We originally agreed for him to visit on Friday but somehow he or his bro made a mistake and visited on Thursday, when no one was home at that time he came. He did come back on Friday at our scheduled time and fix the issue with the electric power snake. I wasn't present when he did it but someone else was in my place. He also didn't send a follow up text to tell me it's fixed, diagnoses, photos or how to prevent it. But at the same time, he's also patient and didn't ask me to pay until I prompted him several hours later asking about the status of the job. I suppose he's a busy man! Communication could be better, just keep in mind you may have to prompt him again to get your receipt later. What's important is that it's fixed and working properly.

He offered fast, friendly, and affordable service! Some things I learned: I noticed he didn't caulk the new toilet and after asking, he advised that high rise don't allow that in the gta. He also advised that the kitchen sink was incorrectly installed by the former condo owner. He did a great job replacing it and removing as much of the incorrect caulk/glue as he could. We had to get rid of the old toilet ourselves but I think that's built into the cost since I was quoted at least $40 more by other plumbers who offered that service. Overall, I recommend Daniel's plumbing services. The sink and toilet are still working great.

Buyer beware!  I asked for a quote 2 years ago when they came out to restart my AC.  Never received…read morea quote.  Now, instead of telling me that my furnace, which they installed, was 37 years old (which I didn't know because I did not live here when it was installed) they tried to fix it.  Soaked me for over $400 rendering the system inoperable, no AC and no heat this winter.  They sent a guy with a new part at no charge, after which I'm told it can't be fixed.  They should never have tried to fix it - 37 years old.   I called and told them I want my money back and send me quotes.  Instead they sent me a bill for $397 for the NO CHARGE visit.  Rip off artists.  If you're female, or an older adult, find someone trustworthy who doesn't take advantage.  Hank is rolling over in his grave.
