Doing that, he was able to come on hand with the part he suspect failed. He gave me a price and replaced the part the next day. When working with Joel, you can be assured that he won't try to milk your problem for his gain but will genuinely help you.

Came in and diagnosed a lot of our issues but they never got back to us with an estimate to fix…read morethem. All of my messages asking about the estimate were marked "read" but not responded to for now almost two weeks. Sucks but it is what it is. Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star. Edit 2: I did want to point out one last thing, even if we hadn't just moved in and we were just box hoarders or something it's a really awful mindset to have that we don't deserve y'all to come out and fix our heating when it's close to or in the negatives outside. I truly hope you can treat people with more kindness.

Aleksandr was very professional and informative, explained how my air condition and furnace functions on a conceptual and mechanical level, it was a very impressed. He also attempted to see if my unit was repairable instead of suggesting to replace my entire system.... other HVAC companies did not take the time to inspect my unit like Aleksandr did! He was very honest and straight forward. Unfortunately my unit was not repairable due what my previous installer removing the serial and product number and this was done by my previous installer to prevent me from claiming warranty which is why I stress the importance of getting a quality hvac installer. My newly installed unit is working great, absolutely no issues. Aleksandr also helped me setup my new air conditioner warranty as well. The price was also the best compared to the other 2 hvac companies that stopped by to check out my broken system. Overall was a great experience.

Mike (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful for something that ended up being such a small job. I was just too afraid of risking something getting broken and would end up being a way bigger job. His price was extremely reasonable and he had mentioned if I have anymore issues he would come back free of charge. I would definitely use this company if I should experience any issues in the future.

The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.
