Andrey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He showed us how to easily check our sprinkler lines in the future. He even identified other drip line/pipe issues that were spewing water underneath our rocks that we hadn't noticed and he repaired those too at no extra cost! He showed me how to easily fix those leaks and what 2 or 3 materials to have on hand. So fast and easy. He was in and out within an hour. No issues since. The morning HES and crew arrived, I had second thoughts on removing a certain area of my Satillo tiled deck and tiled patio. Haney was so understanding and explained that he'd start on the concrete and enclosure removal to give me time to see/decide when they get to the deck portion. This put me right at ease. When his crew arrived, they got right on task, like a systematic work plan. This was so reassuring for me (i've had my share of disappointments in the past from contractors.) HES crew delivered. "THANK YOU". They did such great work and sure know what they are doing. This crew worked so hard and worked practically nonstop in the HEAT. They had a positive vibe which was nice to see while doing such hard work. THE JOB / was to demolish a large patio with thick concrete patio, remove a partial patio enclosure and Saltillo tiles on a large upper deck area.
