I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off.
