I contacted Stephanie via yelp because I needed to have someone served. She was nice, communicative, and got the job done, but I can't help but feel like I was overcharged. The person I needed served claimed to not have an address, so I had asked Stephanie if she could call him to try get an address. That phone call cost me $75. He actually picked up her call, but didn't agree to meet anywhere. He later asked Stephanie to give the papers to his attorney. She said it would be up to the courts if they would accept that, but it would be better than nothing. I was charged another $100, even though it might not have counted. She made one attempt, but the lawyers were on strike and the receptionist couldn't take the papers. Over a week later, he finally gave her an address to meet at and I was charged another $99. I was told this was because it was a second location, and it didn't matter that there was only one attempt made at the first location. She didn't tell me about this third charge until she was basically on her way to meet him so I had no choice but to pay. If I had known in advance that there would be another charge, and she could have advised me the day before that there would be, I could have asked if they could meet at the first location and that would have potentially saved me a lot of money. Well, finally he was served. I asked her who files the proof of service with the court, and she said she could for $79. I wasn't about to pay any more than the $274 I already paid, so I said I would do it myself. Yes, she did tell me initially it would be $175, $75 for the phone call and $100 for three attempts per location-there was no mention initially of being charged more for another location. It sounded like a lot but I just wanted to get it over with. I should have gotten other quotes. $75 for one phone call is crazy. An extra $99 for a second location, even though only two attempts total were made is crazy too. Her website is not very specific, it just says $99 for residential. It also says $69 for court filing service, even though she was going to charge me $79. read more

The lady i spoke to was very nice and the pricing is absolutely amazing. I paid about $80 for the server to go to the address and not drop it off. We'll it was my fault for instruction the wrong company name but they could have just checked the filed complaint to see which name was under the address. But they told me they don't do that. So they won't try if to resolve the issue If an issue arrives. So they don't have the best interest at heart for their clients. But this company seems lovely. And she said it should be served tmrw but it doesn't need to. I'd use them again. read more

I needed a process server VERY LAST MINUTE. I found this server on Yelp and they did guarantee attempt same day(this was around 2:00p and the business hours of agent to be served was until 4:00 AND was a Friday) I am very appreciative the order was served and photo was sent to give me relief that it was served. I also received the official Proof of Service documents only 2 business days later(which need to be filed with the court). I had called a more established looking company but they could not guarantee the ATTEMPT and it was around 1:00 when I had contacted them.
