Unfortunately, I had to serve a business. Fortunately, I used this company. I had a question and just remember how nice they were answering my question with no pressure to use their services. I went with them and they served the business and sent me an email with all the paperwork, then mailed me the paperwork. It was done more quickly than promised. Overall, great service. read more

He got the job done fast. Very helpful man who served my papers. Knows what he's doing and always quick to pick up my phone calls. I would use his service again if needed. read more

First, I called for information, all was fine. During our small talk, he asked me about his website, and I said I liked it because I could easily navigate the pages with as little as 2-3 clicks. What I did think was strange was that the area code number of 916 on his website is not the number he uses to call me back which was from 714. I didn't think anything of it until the experience on ordering a service using his online form. It took a longer time to fill out the form than I imagined, with repeated requests of the same information. At the end, there are two big buttons side by side: a button for "Print this Form" and right next to it is the "Submit" button. I clicked Print this Form and low and behold, there was a charge added to the total for an extra $14.95 to Print the online form I just filled out! I called him to say I didn't feel comfortable with that and he hung up on me. Putting two and two together, I would not feel comfortable doing business with someone who isn't honest and upfront. The printing option did not come with an extra charge disclaimer, putting people like me in a position to waste more time in finding a good service provider. Sometimes working with a one person company is a good thing, but in this case, it is not. Go with a reputable company for an important service such as this. read more

Thank you James for clear, concise guidance. You handled a Postíng quickly? Professionally, and efficiently!

So I decided to try a new serving company since my go to one was under new ownership and didn't understand how to properly serve anymore. I called and was greeted by Jim who is not only extremely professional, respectful, honest but also extremely passionate about his business. Jim was frank and honest with me from the beginning. He always answers his phone. Immediately sends the affidavit after service is complete and even has this portal where you can keep track of your service. I will never use another company. Thank you Serves R Us and Jim for being so amazing and professional! read more

I googled a process server company and stumbled upon this company. This was my first time having some really important papers served same day. The application was very user friendly, payment method was straight forward and uploading the documents was very convenient. I didn't have to leave my home nor had to call for follow up. They called me as soon as the papers were served and received confirmation emails. Every time I reached out to them, I received a response immediately. This is by far the best service I received. Thank you so much for the great service and also for helping my family. Please use them! read more

He was timely on serving the individual requested but filled out the incorrect proof of summons paper...so I stood in court and attempted to file it and got rejected at the window. So not only did I waste my time, I have to wait for the correct form to be mailed to me and I don't have the time to wait in court again to file it, but it needs to be with the court so I can proceed forward with my case. And of course, he's on vacation read more

I needed a local server for important documents. Very nice owner. Excellent service, handled the very next day! I would highly recommend.

I have used Servesrus a couple of times now and I love the excellent serve they give and I would recommend them to anybody I know that needs this type of service ..Great job read more

It took 6 attempts and I was getting nervous but they got the job done on the last day service was due. Thank you!

Didn't get what paid for. Don't quite understand their "service". They claim attempted and they give up. No notification on options just STOPPED. You will get lots of time stolen away from plaintiff. May want to consider another company. Sadly, you will be paying another company to do the job. Sadly. ********* you've been warned don't do it ********** read more

Serves R Us is fantastic! I have used them for years as a process server for my needs (luckily not many) all over California. The customer service is top notch, the process servers are responsive and I have always had a positive experience working with them. The website and submitting the necessary paperwork to Serves R Us is easy, payment is easy...the whole process is easy. Thanks guys! read more

Being in Seattle and needing to serve someone in Sacramento on a holiday on short notice I went online. Thankfully I came across Serves R Us! I called around a bit being this is the first time I have ever been involved with anything of this nature. I was not impressed with the other process server's sites and decided to go with Serves R Us because of his great phone demeanor and ease of site. I messed up the email address when sending the serving documents and he was on top of it! I received an email within a few hours that he had not received the necessary documents making me feel like more than just a case number. The defendant was served exactly when requested and hopefully the desired result is forthcoming. Highly recommended! Very professional and great follow through! read more

It's been an emotional rollercoaster for my family and we are extremely happy about the service provided by Jim. He was responsive, even in the late evening (that's how awesome Serves R Us is!) and took time to walk me through the procedure and possible scenarios when serving court papers. He immediately contacted me after serving the papers and sent an email copy of the Proof of Service quickly. We highly recommend his service to anyone who wants high quality and fast service. Edit: Jim has exceeded my expectations! I needed to get the original Proof of Service ASAP to file, so he graciously drove to the family court to sign a second copy, while the original first copy was on its way via mail. Jim has proven that he puts his customers first. His service deserves more than five stars. read more

Found Serves R Us as I did a Google search. I thought the serving process was going to be a headache and tedious, but Jim quickly put my mind at ease. The whole process was easy. Needed a process server to serve my unfaithful husband with separation papers. Was able to do all the work online and through fax. James Thomas was very helpful through the whole process. Was very quick to return my calls and reply to my emails. Thank you very much for all your help! read more

This was my first experience having to serve someone, and James Thomas was super patient and thoughtful, pointing out two separate mistakes (one made by me, another by the court) that could possibly hinder my suit and/or settlement in the future. James gave me advice on how to rectify the issues over the phone, since I'm not local to the are. After it was all taken care of by the court James served the papers the same day I had them sent to him. Super fast service (most other places say at least 3 business days, or will charge you more money). I'd highly recommend anyone to give them a call, the process was quick and easy, and James was very courteous. The reason I need a process server in the first place is stressful enough; having a true professional ease some of that stress was very reassuring. read more

I live in Los Angeles County. I needed to serve a legal document on an out of State Corporation. I tried to have the Los Angeles County Sheriff serve the location office of the company. The manager refused to accept serve. The manager told the sheriff that only the corporate office could accept legal documents and he did not know the address to the local corporate office. The company that is authorized to accept the legal filing for the corporation is located in Sacramento. Serves R Us told me to make sure that the original filing was amended to show the correct name on the filing as shown on the Secretary of State website. The Small Claim Court Forms require specific information as listed on the Secretary of State Website for have a valid proof of service for a valid proof of service. I contacted Serves R Us to serve the authorize agent. Their website is very easy to use. All documents are uploaded to their server for processing. The documents were served within one day. Just one problem the proof of service was generated on a three page format. The court rejected the three page proof of service. The court said the proof of service had to be on a two page format. The proof of service was completed on a two page format by Serves R Us in accordance with the court rules. The corrected two page format proof of service was filed with the court. Serves R Us will send an original hard copy of the proof of service by mail within a couple of days after their service is completed. Serves R Us is easy to contact by phone and if not available will return your call normally on the same business day read more

The highly effective team at Serves R Us - located the individual, made contact, and served the individual in accordance with local laws/practices. Jim was great to deal with. Extremely professional and patient. My first call was on a Saturday and to my surprise he answered the call right away. He explained the process and pricing and answered all of my questions. I submitted the form and payment the following Monday. Uploaded the documents to be served on Tuesday morning and he called to say he personally served them that same day. Great and fast action. Got the email copy of the proof of service email soon after and the original Thursday. Dropped off at the court Friday. So start to finish, less than a week!! Awesome customer service. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! You ever feel like you have a guardian angel that's got your back? I found Jim on a rainy Friday night and he spent the whole weekend getting clear on what this naive pro se litigant needed right away. Jim was honest and kept in communication the whole time. I actually made a mistake and Jim caught it, called me on Sunday morning and now I am much better off than had I not found Serves R Us. I will definitely be working with Jim again (I hope he will let me...:) Thank you Serves R Us for taking some of the worry out of this process. read more

Serves R US Process Servers in Sacramento was timely, accurate, very fast, professional, warm and comforting. I found them on the Internet and called early Friday morning and a guy named Jim answered the phone. He was very pleasant and patient with me. I explained this was my first time hiring a Process Server and Jim walked me through the process. Jim directed me to Serves R US' website and walked me through the three steps, Step 1-Place the Order, Step 2-Make Payment & Step 3-Upload Files. Jim called to confirm I did everything correctly and shortly thereafter I received a payment receipt E-Mail confirmation. Jim called me back to get the back-story of the person I was requesting to be served and to tell me he would do everything in his power to serve the person that same day. I received an E-Mail that same day confirming he had served the person same day @ 5:45pm. I could not believe how efficient and professional Jim did his job. I highly recommend Serves R Us as the #1 Process Server Service in the Sacramento area, please request Jim if you want a professional Process Server. Jim immediately contacted me after serving the papers and sent an E-Mail copy of the Proof of Service quickly. Jim thanked me in a separate E-Mail and confirmed I will receive a "Thank you" letter with the originals. Jim is amazing! Thank you Jim. read more
