She was on the phone with someone and it sounded pretty intense. She asked me to take a seat and she would be with me shortly. After about a few minutes sitting and waiting when I was the only customer there, she ended up going to the back of the store to continue talking to whoever she was talking to on the phone. Simply put, it's RUDE to not respond at all especially when a potential client is clearly attempting to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism .
