Great job correcting my permanent eyeliner
    Kelly D.

Not gonna lie, the price of beauty is a little bit painful, and you bruise. I've had eyeliner done 3 times, and Sue was no more painful than the others. Long story, I had droopy eyelids, so after 2 unsuccessful attempts at eyeliner, I got my lids lifted, and one lids' liner was 3 times thicker than the other. Sue did a wonderful job of getting them even. I would definitely recommend her. ps. They aren't allowed to inject you with lidocaine, therefore a topical is all they can use. Suck it up, it will be worth it in a week. Thank you Sue! I love my results!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews of going to Sue. When I 1st met her she was very nice and accommodating, however she up sold me like everyone else said. The numbing topical she uses must not be medical grade because the numbing that it provided was not sufficient, I asked her to stop several times while she was performing the service and she refused. Despite all that at the time the perminent me kept looked OK. So I scheduled a follow up appointment with her. She flaked, no showed, did not enter her cell phone twice. Now 2 weeks after I have 2 different color eyebrows and my eyeliner is not finished fully. I never received the bottom eyeliner services I paid for nor any of the touch up services. I've requested a refund only 4 are Soo to no answer and no call. I will be reporting this business to the California consumer board.

Hey Sue, you see twinning! Perfect sisters!!
    Yelper H.

My mom grew up in the '80s with that came the horrible overplucking. She had asked for me to look into someone who was experienced with semi-permanent make-up and unfortunately that's when I found Sue. I should have done more research or checked Yelp but I didn't. I accompanied my mom to her appointment. As we walked in, it was like stepping back into the '80s. I was a bit apprehensive but not knowing what to expect I sat and waited. Her workspace is extremely dim, and like I said in need of a major remodel. I heard my mom tell her several times that it was hurting. When she was done, they looked like someone just grabbed a colored pencil and drew a dark curve. Sue explained that they would lighten up and she could come for an adjustment once they healed. I wasn't convinced. Secretly, I was grateful it wasn't me. Once they started to heal you could see the unevenness not wanting to hurt my mom's feelings I asked her what she thought. She pointed out how one brow was curved and the other was straight. She called Sue to explain and Sue confidently explained that she would fix it. I thought she is a professional who could define the brows (Hmm). When she was done nothing had changed the brows looked the same as the first time just darker. My mom is a low maintenance type of gal and dealt with her blotchy brows not very impressed with the final result. A quote I will remember from Sue, "Brows are like sisters, not an exact match". Ha! Ask yourself why doesn't she have more pictures posted since she has been providing beauty services (blotching) women for years? The only photos she has are of mature women. I wish I would have done more research. After 3 years they finally faded enough and I found a real gem of an artist. IG: kristys_browblading. I followed her for about a year before I recommend her to my mom but even then I was hesitant. Through her work, professionalism put me at ease. If you don't believe me check out her work you will be impressed. I ended up getting my brows microbladed from Kristy also and as you can see they look amazing. I got mine in a combo (microbladed with shading). If you want a more natural look she does that too. Sue isn't even on the same spectrum. You have been warned. *See picture I posted. And her extensive portfolio can be found on IG. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/kristys-browblading-folsom

Sue did my permanent makeup. Eye brows and upper eye liner. I was very happy with her work. She drew my makeup on me 1st to see if I liked it before starting. Not gonna lie it hurts alot. My recommendation take pain meds before. But she did both in 1 session. Took less than 2 hours. I didn't ask for breaks, I just let her do her. I was swollen for 2 days. By the 3rd day it was still brused but no swelling. I LOVE IT. will definitely be going back for my 4 week touch up.

I'm so impressed with Sue's artistry and professionalism. Her "bedside"manner gave me complete confidence during the procedure. She was responsive to my cues ...but forthright in getting it done as painlessly as possible. Her design for my new look was perfect as well. I had lips, upper and lower eyeliner, and brows. Only needed a minor touchup on one lower eyelid. I wish I knew how to add before and after pictures as the transformation is amazing. Still looks natural but enhanced and so much younger.. I'm 61 and my skin reacts to make up. I healed quickly following her instructions with no pain following the procedure. Now I wake up looking my best and it feels wonderful.

Do NOT GO to Sue unless you want to look like THIS! Horrible infection after eyebrow tattoo done by Sue!
    Lana B.

My eyebrows are now infected and peeling completely off my face! This is NOT good work! You ruined my face and possibly health!! And yet you still think you deserve my money?? I think NOT!

    Love it!

Honestly not too sure about the previous bad reviews about her, I usually don't follow yelp reviews in general just because I like to go into a business unbiased. I love my eyebrows, I was specific and knew what I wanted so maybe that had something to do with my accurate results. I told Sue I wanted them to look longer and I don't want a dramatic look, I knew a natural look is more appealing for my face and my mind in general. Sue definitely did deliver! I am very impressed with her work to where I'm coming back get my eyeliner done (got it done in the bay a few years ago, but now it's time for a touch up and a more enhanced look). My eyebrows didn't get infected and healed very quickly. As long as you are specific in what you want and or have a picture of what you want done she can do no wrong.

And let me tell you, the work Sidney did on my wife's eyebrows was worth every penny. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but professional, welcoming, and detail-focused. Sidney took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my wife felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The results? Flawless. Natural, clean, and perfectly shaped -- exactly what my wife wanted. She left glowing and couldn't stop smiling. And as the saying goes... Happy wife = happy life. So yes, I'm very happy too. If you're even considering permanent brows, don't hesitate. Sidney Le Beauty delivers quality work and a top-tier experience. Highly recommend!

As a true child of the '90s, I absolutely fell victim to the era of aggressive overplucking... and…read moremy eyebrows never really recovered. After years of battling uneven drawn on brows, spending way too much on makeup, and wasting precious time every morning trying to get them to match (and not look wild), I knew I needed something more permanent. I started looking into microblading, but like many people, I had mixed feelings. Would it look natural? Was it worth the price? Would I regret it? So I did what any curious Millennial does, I went down the Instagram rabbit hole. That's when I found Sidney Le and started following her team and their different artists. I watched for months, studied the styles, and finally decided to pull the trigger. From the moment I reached out, the team was helpful, clear, and direct, which I immensely appreciate. I won't lie, the price did give me a little sticker shock at first. But then I remembered: this is a tattoo... on your face. And when you factor in: 1. The quality and expertise of the artists 2. The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence. Just remember: there is a healing process. Your brows will look dark, they'll itch, and they'll peel..... but trust the process!! Once they heal, you'll be obsessed. Honestly? Best beauty decision I've ever made. Worth every single penny.

From the very beginning, the process was a mess -- multiple cancelations, last-minute substitutions, and poor communication. This forced us to spend extra time and money traveling, scrambling, and stressing over what was otherwise one of the happiest days of our lives. My wife's wedding day was marred by the lack of reliability and professionalism from Morgan and her team. When my wife raised these concerns directly, Morgan actually acknowledged the countless mistakes and admitted the process had been mishandled. But instead of taking accountability in any meaningful way, she flat-out refused to offer any monetary compensation. The only "solution" she proposed was store credit or a complimentary service -- which is insulting. After going through all of this, why on earth would we ever go back? I think the worst part was her attitude when we called to complain, she admitted fault, she knew we would expect compensation (but didn't offer it), but she didn't seem to be sorry...just upset and defensive and what's not what you want when dealing with your wedding. This experience caused us unnecessary stress and financial loss. If you're looking for a beauty team you can rely on for your wedding or any major event, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. --Josh (husband of the bride)
