I also believed I reacted in a normal way to someone who kept insisting 10 boxes, when I had the proof clearly in the email they sent me I put 20. As I said in my review, I offered to help and pay more money on the spot. Any perception of me being "hostile" was me being eager to do whatever it took to get the job done, including help. How else would anyone else who was on a time crunch act? Just sit back and take the lies? We were all adults here. I offer for anyone reading this to contact anyone I know on yelp... including my employer of 4 years and my previous employer of 17 years. They will attest what a compromising person I am and how I've bent over backward to help them, which I tried to do with these movers.

I booked my move a month in advance, I had a long discussion with the lady on the phone who knew we were moving to Long Island from Brooklyn. She told me it would be an hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours + travel time, and "end of month fee". The movers turned up at 8.35am for a 9am appointment, they eventually came up to our apt at 9.15am. He surveyed our goods and said "ok no problem, we'll start with the boxes, i'll be right back" THE NEXT THING I GET IS A TEXT CANCELLING OUR MOVE at 9.35am! They claim our building we're uncooperative (UNTRUE ON SO MANY LEVELS) and that we were not packed... our entire apartment was packed and ready when they showed up. I had no discussion with the movers about this, they simply cancelled. Presumably because they couldn't be bothered to move on a Sunday. We had to find a last minute mover on a Sunday in July during COVID. THEY ARE THE WORST! avoid.

Moving an office to 2 different locations, a 700lb safe, lots of boxes, and lots of odd things that can't be boxed, they did it all. I needed a mover at the very last minute. Since we only had 20 boxes and they were being moved to a storage facility, I agreed to be a pit stop in the middle of someone else's move. This means if the first move pickup took longer than expected, I had to wait. Which I did, for 6.5 hours. When the movers did arrive, they were very efficient and had a positive attitude. They moved all of our stuff successfully in less than an hour. For the 20 boxes, from Williamsburg to Clinton Hill, they charged $295, which is their minimum. I payed via Zelle, which was convenient. Super grateful for their help in our 11th hour, for the great customer service, good price, and efficiency during the move.

These folks are registered with the Dept. of Traffic. I got a rate of just $110 for a small van and driver only for 2 hrs. which was less than other registered movers. the driver was on time packed the items carefully within the van.You get a Bill of Lading. I was very satisfied with this. I simply do not trust those main with a van operations on craigslist that aren't registered.

On the day of the move Nat called about 8 minutes before the scheduled time to let us know they had arrived. Nat, Z, Serge and the driver (I can't recall his name, sorry!) were phenomenal. They were super quick and efficient, nothing was lost or broken and they were just so pleasant to be around. All of the guys were so nice, upbeat and worked really hard. There was a lot of snow due to the storms, making parking and loading difficult for them and you never would have known there was an issue with the snow since they never complained once about anything. So professional and really looked out for my boyfriend and I anyway they could. I will recommend this company to everyone and if we need another move, we want the same crew! Oh and i should add - we had two pick up spots and then a final destination....they didn't bat an eye and gave us such a reasonable price.
