They did a small repair on my drivers seat on my truck and broke the adjustment switch and super glued the handle back on and then told me it would be okay, just needed to work it back and forth , Once i took it back to repair properly they procrastinated for month about getting the proper part to fix, they also broke the part that covers the hinge of the seat, and glued it back together, which didn't hold. Their place looks like a junk yard , cant even park near the shop. The oldest son which i believe is suppose to take over the company is worthless, never responded, The youngest son finally stepped up to try and fix the issues but his response was very sorry also. Maybe this was a good company when the father ran it, But i will not be going back, nor would i recommend at all. read more

After visiting several Upholstery repairs shops in Austin, we have decided to go with this shop. There was small tears right dead center on our Lexus ES350 driver seat. Other shops recommended to replace with a costly seat cover, instead of repairing it. Do not bring your vehicle here. Car looks worse then when I dropped it off. Used half a tank of gas, added 80 miles onto the odometer, broke something in the sunroof, broke clips on the a-pillar trim and tried to use a sheet metal screw to try to fix it. The areas that were supposed to be glued back on were not. They just glued the edges and charged me way too much. read more
