I took a letterman jacket to Manor Cleaners 1) to have 5 patches sewn on for $67 and 2) to be…read morecleaned for $50. It took a week and a half, which I thought was pretty good. My daughter picked it up. When she got home, we noticed there was a note about stains that couldn't be removed. I am absolutely certain that there were NO STAINS when I dropped it off, just minor dirt on the cuffs and neckline from wearing it. Upon inspection, it appeared that some sort of liquid was used on the jacket, which caused the red wool to bleed into the white embroidery. (See pictures.) Luckily, the damage was confined to 3 white letters, and not the rest of the embroidery, which is gold, black, and green. So, I was able to rescue the jacket with a little bit of bleach and a lot of patience. Unfortunately, my daughter already paid for the dry cleaning ($50!). Had I seen this before, I would have asked to speak to someone right away. We shouldn't have to pay so much for something that was badly damaged by the business. 1 star for the "dry cleaning" - Would not recommend! 5 stars for the patchwork

Three months ago we purchased a large flag to fly on our property. It was beautiful, unfortunately a nearby tree branch was trimmed leaving a sharp branch. Within a day the flag had a large cut on it getting, larger with each wave. Thinking the American flag might be ruined we took it to Manor Cleaners, who also has a wonderful seamstress. The owner Paul, who has the great ability to remember you by name, wasn't even phased by the cut on the flag. He offered me two options for repair. Paul gave me a quick pick up date and when I asked how much the repair would be he said, "We don't charge to fix American flags!" Wow, I was blown away... Well, the flag is flying high again, you can't even tell where It was repaired. Manor Cleaners, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
