Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

They tried to blame me for it turning gray by saying that my couch was very old (it is only three years old) and that it's stained both because I had never cleaned it before but then also because I had cleaned it before. As you can see from the grid stains it's clearly from the vacuum or cleaner that they used. I simply requested a refund for the service, which I felt was more than reasonable, given the expense that I will have to further pay to reupholster the couch or replace it. Make sure you get the price for shampoo there was a little bit of an upsell on the day of. Unfortunately my house has 3 or 4 kinds of carpet and the price to clean the viscose and silk was very high so I just cleaned the other types. But kudos to them for letting me know. Otherwise I would have potentially ruined the carperts. It all took about an hour. He wore shoe covers inside the house. The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours). This is perhaps because it was a rainy week so the humidity was high and 2) Their main dripped so it left a small puddle of water wherever it was stationed, one on my vinyl floors and the other on a piece of carpet I wasn't getting cleaned. They really know what they are doing. A couple small things here and there and I would give them 5 stars.
