My appointment was for 12:00PM-4:00PM. They called Thursday Morning and asked if they could come early. Joey arrived at 11:30. They came, they saw and the cleaned the out of our carpets. I really should have had a before and after because what they did to bring out carpet back to life was a miracle. I didn't think these carpets could be saved. They came between 9-12 like they said. Set the truck up outside and pulled a very long carpet vacuum from the truck parked outside to inside the home. We had three 10 by 10 rooms and it came out to $225 total. They also threw in a few extras like cleaning the small carpet in the back and also offering to clean the runner for no additional cost. I just got two bedrooms cleaned. Looks pretty good! There were really tough stains that I didnt think were gonna come off no matter who I called, but now they are barely noticible. The last tenents ate in their bedrooms, left all kinds of stains..it was FILTHY. but now it looks goood!! He reached out to us on multiple occasions to ensure we are ok with the look of the runner coming down the stairs as it is a geometric pattern. We appreciated this and was glad to have someone else providing some insight. His prices are very reasonable and the installer was great! He cleaned up after himself and was very cognizant of the noises he would be making with our newborn. I'm always apprehensive when trying a business for the first time, especially with carpet cleaning. However, Ralph and his helper (forgot his name) were very friendly and more important, they were very efficient. The best part of the experience was that although I live on the second floor of an apartment building (luckily with windows facing the front of the building, directly above the courtesy parking, they were able to somehow bring the hose from the truck-mounted system through my window instead of bringing a portable machine into my apartment. (I was fortunate that my landlord made a concession for me to allow them to do it, and I am glad it was suggested to me on the phone prior to my appointment.) I've used quite a few carpet cleaners over the years but Steamaster is the only one who offered to do that. I actually thought to myself, "how can this possibly be accomplished???" But Ralph and his partner did it without any hassle and very quickly! One stayed down in the street and the other one was inside my apartment at the window; they made it seem effortless!! Besides not having a portable unit being moved throughout my apartment, the beauty of it is that they didn't need to fill up water or dump dirty water, inside my apartment. I was amazed that the entire cleaning was all accomplished from their truck mounted system. The only equipment brought inside my apartment was the hose (through the window), which by the way, I expected to be dirty, but the hose was VERY CLEAN! I even made a comment about it to Ralph! Most important, the cleaning was excellent! My carpets look GREAT! I'm a very satisfied customer! My friend, who knows I am very fussy and difficult to please, didn't even wait to see my cleaned carpet; she booked her appointment just on my word, so she will be having her carpets cleaned in a few days!
