They were responsive to an SOS call from me and we were able to get everything installed within hours. Two weeks after the installation we mistakenly erased all programed codes and could not get everything going again. No remotes worked, no keypad, and no preprogrammed vehicles. The door is original to the house from the mid 90's and the torsion spring cracked and side cables broke. Consolidated Garage Doors did the original install as their sticker was still displayed but their company has moved from Addison to Batavia. I called and someone answered right away. They were up front with prices over the phone and had someone out within 48 hours. They did tell me someone would call me about an hour before they showed up but didn't get one. Mike came to our house, assessed the entire unit, and recommended a strip on top of the door also be replaced. He didn't pressure me nor did any sales pitched to upsell me; he gave me the space to think and confirm what I wanted done. Work was completed in 45 minutes as estimated, payment was easy to make on my card without any 3% surcharges, and our door is working great now! I am so happy I was able to call the original install company, I was thoroughly impressed by their initiative to come out and repair items, and like their eagerness to check all other parts while out here. After doing the maintenance, he found a couple of issues that were due to wear and tear and could become problems in the not too distant future, so we were able to get those done today instead of waiting until I find myself stuck in the garage unable to get out. I appreciated how well Nino explained my options and went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the work being done. I can't say enough nice things about Nino. There was also a photo of him, so I would know who to expect upon arrival. 10:57 Nick called to say he was about 45 minutes away from my house. 11:37 Nick arrived at my house. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options, showed me pics and costs on his tablet, then promptly replaced the springs. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. He was finished by 12:30. When I read some of the recent reviews, I was initially a little worried. But then I saw that a couple of the Yelp reviewers only did one review (which was the Four Seasons one), and I assume they are probably from competing businesses. My experience with this company is that they are top-notch, and I would definitely use their services again (although hopefully I won't have to for a long time)
