Each time I've tanned the beds, walls & chairs have lotion smudges all over them, the spray tan room has an orange coat of dusty spray all over everything in it, and their bathroom looks like you're in a third world country. Lots of different packages (different prices). 5.) The Versa Spa room was pretty spacious. There were four micro hooks on the wall where I could hang my things. Cons: 1.) Semi-snotty reception girls. They seem to have an attitude toward girls who don't quite fit the bill. Sorry I'm not 120 lbs, I still want to be tan. **The girl tonight was nice. She did explain in detail their new Versa Spa (second time I've used the Versa Spa in any salon). She explained how to properly use the barrier cream and how to stand for each portion of the application. 2.) The packages are sort of on the pricey side. Their packages are $10-20 more than Zone Tan in Bolingbrook, about 1.5 miles away from L.A. Tan. 3.) The room was sanitary, but kind of dirty. Their rafters and beams are dusty, and there was crumpled paper on the floor near the Versa Spa tanning booth (I took a picture in case anyone wants proof). The walls are scuffed up, and it looks a little ghetto in some spots. I mean, it's nothing that a Magic Eraser couldn't handle in one day. I don't know guys... clean up a little bit and smile at your customers, whether they be thin or chubby. Money spends the same... and chubby people have money, too! Keep up with your competitors. And a quote I like to use, "Don't judge me, just help me." Yea... help me look how I want to look... don't look down on me because you're thinner and darker. At least I'm not orange.
