I called to find out more about the Self Dog Wash since I never took my dogs to one, and a lady who answered was nice and explain things to me. So I went in and a guy who is very tall I may add lol! was very helpful. It was $10 per dog (2 dogs) They give you a basket with brushs and a shampoo and a conditioner with some towels I came out Happy that I Didn't have to worry about wet towels you just put them in a dirty hamper they have there and your out. My dogs came out clean and brushed and blow dried. We are definitely going back. read more

My boyfriend and I bring our dog here for training and Mercedes has been a really big help with all her tips and training. Our dog behaves and listens to commands. Plus, she shows our dog love and is very understanding towards him. Mercedes is awesome! read more

Again i dread coming here with the worker Brandon who thinks he's a veterinarian, has the most matter of fact attitude and thinks he knows better then your vet, i don't care for his attitude every time i come in i avoid talking to him but always has his two sense to add about everything you purchase. He's very condescending as well I'm just going to find another unleashed if he continues to work here. If you can go to any other person in the store they are all great, but that Brandon seems to work a lot. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have a huge yellow lab and it's always so hard to get him to sit still while showering him at home. But with the big bath tubs that unleashed provides it's so much easier and he sits still! You can take as much time as you need and on top of that they provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, and a loofa for your dog! Best deal for just $12!!! read more

Great new business!!! The staff is knowledgable when I come in they welcome my dog. We come here for treats and toys pretty regularly and they always know what I'm looking for. They have the self wash tubs with everything you need for pretty cheap. They also have a scale if you want to weigh your dog. Great great great customer service!!! I love this place I came in here to get some supplies for my new puppy. The trainer there gave me some very good tips and everyone there asked if I needed help great customer service. Always check prices at other places so you can do a price match . Also the cashier Christiana and Chris are the people to go :) definitely give this place a try! read more

My girls wanted to wash our two puppies so I suggested Unleashed because I was at the pet store earlier that day and noticed they had a do it yourself wash. I looked online and saw it was closed at 7 so we had to rush there. We got there at 6:30 and a tub was open, but were told we could not use it because they closed at 7. ? huh? We had a half hour? Another worker, Matt, came to us and said if we could get it done quickly, it would be fine to use the tub. I was so excited that he allowed us the opportunity to use it and allowed us to put both puppies together. He explained what to do, where to put my purse and even got one of our puppies hooked up to show me what I needed to do. They give you a basket with everything you need to wash and dry your dog for ONLY $10.00! WOW! And no clean up for us! This is customer service at its finest!! He even explained they do a free puppy play date on the weekends. I will be back and HIGHLY recommend Unleashed by Petco in Spring Valley because of Matt. Thank you Matt! You are AWESOME! read more

I have only gone here twice since this location opened in Spring Valley. I can guarantee I will definitely make this store my first stop when looking for my little furry child's needs!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly employee and directed towards what I am looking for. The second visit, an employee by the name of Andy, guided to me what I was looking for. He was super helpful, knowledgeable on what he was talking about and was even able to give me a suggestion on what he recommended from his personal experience. MY DOGS LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! every employee jumps to help with a smile on there face and ACTUALLY help you. My dog Max has two best friends that work at this location that always give him his free "sample" or four. I have taken him here since the first day I got him and he is always the center of attention since usually there is few to almost no foot traffic. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us welcome our first dog into our home. Helped us get all the basics plus a few tips and tricks for some training, a free sample and a few facts on our breed. I just got home from visiting this store and I am very frustrated because I was denied service. I was told by the female employee working that the store does not accept dogs for the self serve dog wash after 8pm, an hour before closing. When I questioned the employee about this, thinking an hour was plenty of time to give my dog a bath, she assured me that the employees have to leave the store at 9pm and that's why I was too late for the bath. I have always had a good experience at this location and I have used it about 6 times, until now. But this employee ruined all the positive experiences I had in the past. I have a 100 pound lab who has bad knees and it is very difficult for me to get him in and out of the car among other things. Because of his disability, I do not take him to a professional groomer. I will go to another self serve dog wash, I will not be returning to this store. read more

so after we took my sisters Hannah pup to the vet I wanted to get her in tip top shape before I drove back to vegas....I was visiting her and im a groomer why not save money ..plus Hannah needed me ...this place was awesome I have never been to a self service dog wash because I own my own salon but this was so freakin cool...this was the second location we went to because the one in chula vista didn't have velocity dryers they only have the option to towel dry and as a groomer that just doesn't fly with me ...everything was amazingly clean and I even noticed that while the store was kinda dead at the moment the employees were keeping busy straightening up and merchandizing man corporate would be proud or at least they should be...they have shampoo conditioner towels sprays everything granite I almost had everything with me I was glad they could make up for what I forgot and chris the manager was great and for the price you cant beat this place 10 bucks! read more
