I was gone for 10 days, and she sent updates each time she visited along with pictures of all the pets. I opted for the twice a day for 45 minutes and it was worth every penny. I have never gone away and felt completely relaxed until now. After the first visit I was sold, she is my go-to person for pet sitting. She made sure all of them were well cared for and loved while I was away. She is wonderful at communication; payments can be made online and there is a super easy to use app that is used for everything. This place is clean, kind, and so profesional! I had my dogs stay here for three nights last…read moreweekend. I have two mini dachshunds and they are very anxious dogs, so I've never left them with anyone other than family before. When I called to inquire about a stay for them, they immediately offered to give me a tour anytime during their regular business hours. Their housing areas for the pets are clean, and the place where my dogs stayed was half inside and half outside. They were able to administer my dog's anxiety meds as normal and to provide them with their regular food, which I brought from home. They also allowed my dogs to have "human only" playtimes, as they are both reactive/fearful of other doggies. It was about $45 a night for each dog, including their daily playtimes. It is great to have this safe daycare and boarding spot so close to home, in case I'm ever away from my pets. It was a very hot weekend, so they had misters going, and kiddie pools out. They were also kind enough to post a photo of my babies on their social media while I was away, and they gave me the option of calling in to check to see how they were doing.

If you have a dog that needs special care, please don't leave your dog with them. They promised to take care of my dog and they didn't. They said they would monitor her eating, and they didn't. One dog needed special medicine and supplements in their food and the other didn't. The food was just left there for either one of them to eat even though the food with the medicine and supplements was clearly labeled. I reserved the private suite which was a joke, in hindsight I would have rather them be in a full size kennel. It was a holiday weekend and they were understaffed and allowed to go home early for the holiday per the manager's statement. This meant no one to take my dogs out to the bathroom. Private suites are just little rooms with beds and a TV, no place to relieve themselves. Under normal circumstances I would have never left my dog while needing special care, but I needed to fly to another state to see my best friend before she died. Bottom line, if you can't provide the care needed, don't accept the pet for boarding. You gave me your word you'd take care of her and you didn't. You said you would personally monitor and look out for her and you didn't. She died shortly after her stay. Let me be clear that her stay did not cause her death, but she needed extra care during her stay, you promised to provide her that care, and you did not. I trusted you. We will never be back, ever.

They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

We are usually able to call a couple days before and get in if it's not the weekend. Otherwise you should probably call a couple weeks ahead. On the day of the appt you can drop your dog off between 7 and 10am. When we've dropped her off around 7 we can usually pick her up around noon. Later dropoffs and we've had to get her closer to close. They give you a call when they're done. Everyone working there has been very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

She fed each pet twice a day and walked the dog twice a day (when requested - our trip schedule was complicated and we also had other help from a friend). She even played with the cats and bought them a toy. I definitely recommend. Her fees are very reasonable for the caring services she provides. Sadly I found Barbara late in our 4 year San Diego move, just before we moved away to Denver. Very sad that it took me so long to find her. She's wonderful, caring and goes out of her way for you and your pets. I very much recommend her if you need pet services while you're out of the house or out of town.
