I was run down & I just met him and listened to his recommendations. He added hope to my situation. Plus, it was less than half cost of Apple's screen replacement! Quick backstory: the iPhone I brought in for repair had been run over by a vehicle (fell out my pocket while riding my bicycle!) so I was skeptical of any fix & initially looked for phone replacements on trusted 3rd party iPhone purchase platforms. Few research moments later, I find myself going to Apple & next committing to Seth @ Davis Cell phone repair, for a front screen swap the next day/today. If True Tone was a must, he recommended a trusted third party shop in Sacramento. However, his detailed description of the fix to me built trust and quality is proof in the performance of the phone now. Almost as good as new (no True Tone however & I honestly can not tell a difference in the colors or tone adjustment in various settings (it is in fact a quality soft Oled screen from a reputable brand confirmed). I did the recommended four point checks thereafter found via AI & Seth to ensure screen replacement was excellent. For additional peace of mind I completed diagnostic functioning tests for all check points in iPhone where all came out green! Except, True Tone feature of course, which I never paid much attention to anyhow . I will update later if anything changes. I anticipate years of good use with this new iPhone! Thanks again, Seth! You made my day/week!

The moment I got my phone back, Face ID was completely broken and stopped working. To make things worse, I had to travel out of town for two months right after. This review is specifically about Lacy…read more I called in about a billing issue - the previous person who had helped me at this T-Mobile location told me that my accessories would be free through a promotion. This turned out to not be the case; a change in my phone plan simply "credited" me for the charges incurred by financing these items (UE Boom 2, Powerbeats headphones, phone case, glass screen protector, and portable charger - all amounting to over $400 in financed items). I was initially quite upset because I felt I'd been misled. Lacy took the time to look over my past billing statements, explain the charges and credits, and called me back to follow up about these charges. I still regret financing these items, but Lacy made me decide to stay with T-Mobile because she went above and beyond in her customer service.
